Awful company, they make it almost impossible to get in touch with them. Made an order, didn’t hear anything for a month, eventually had to go via PayPal to get any communication with them. When the item finally arrived it was broken - not surprising given the terrible build quality

I received a poorly put together address sign and light. They both had scratches and the board had the logo shown in the background. Even worse the email address is a website and I've been trying to contact someone for almost a month, SMH.

False advertising
They make it look like it is a sturdy high quality material but it is a cheap plastic product that is very thin and flimsy
Please do not waste your money

My biggest mistake was not checking the net first for a company review.
Too late and I was scammed. I ordered the street sign with solar light for a total of $AUD 70. It is rubbish.....!?!?!?!
1/ Sent in a simple plastic bag with a box loosely enclosed
2/ The light and sign parts were rattling around loosely in the box itself
3/ The solar light is cracked on the solar panel side. Given there is no obvious damage to the white box it was enclosed in it I can only assume it was damaged BEFORE being packed.
4/ There seems to be ‘inappropriate’ fasteners supplied with the sign with no instructions at all on how it is meant to be assembled and hung.
In essence it is a cheap nasty poor-quality product that has been sent in the cheapest possible way.

As far as contacting them, forget it as their 'only' email address sited on their webpage is not recognised as an email address !?!?

Block the advertisement next time you see it on your phone and save yourself some money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It's essentially a scam. The quality is appalling; I ordered a house sign with cut-out numbers and letters and they were positioned way off centre, so the sign looks wonky. The sign is made of two pieces of plastic glued together, but they were already separating when I received it.

The solar light comes separately and you are expected to stick it on yourself. There are no instructions. You can buy the same solar light on Ali Express for less than $5 and the quality is awful. It is so dim, you can't read the sign from three feet away.

The company has refused to replace the sign with one made correctly. They claim they can't make the signs to "that level of precision"! 🤣 And they have refused a full refund; they offered only 30%, which would leave me substantially out of pocket and with a product I cannot use.

This company sells a product worth less than $5 for well above $50, and provides zero customer service. The quality is absolutely appalling. THIS IS A SCAM!

Like others before ordering, I decided to read reviews, and unfortunately they will not be getting my order.

Quality - 0 if you want to through your money away do it in a bin same things.

I was ready to order an address plate and a doormat: after reading the reviews it would be a waste of time and resources to even associate with this company. The reviews are very very helpful

Shocking quality of product, when i contacted them they stated they would give me a 20% refund, I pointed out the item is really rubbish quality, they just ignore the subject and say you need to keep the item, i would avoid this company like the plague, they are nothing but rogues !!!!!!

Product looks good however solar light on sign does not work, you cannot contact the company for a return or replacement. Very disappointing.

OMG. Buyers have bad experiences with this company. Not going to place my order now.

Waited a few weeks for sinage and when it arrived the wrong house number was on the sign..no way to contact the company so unable to get replaced or a refund..terrible service

All comes from China, terrible quality and arrived broken and snapped.

Wouldn't waste your time purchasing from here, better supporting a small businesses who make signs by hand which are far better quality.

Product came in an envelope and was broken. It was shipped from china when it said uk. They are refusing to replace saying it’s the courier fault. And that I have to pay more to replace it. Such bad customer service. Do not order from them.

Bought a doormat which was flimsy and not all all fit for purpose. There was no absorption and text on the mat faded away within a week of use. Dreadful product
