Zero star.i paid full price and didn’t get the product,almost 4 months now and when i send them a message then i get answer “your package is lost talk to your local post office “which i did and they not have any information about this.totally scam don’t order anything from them

Well, mine arrived defective and they don't want to replace it, otherwise I'll pay for shipping, as if the product was cheap because the truth is it wouldn't be if it had quality, I don't recommend it, terrible product.

This people are real scammers. Took my money never sent the frame . Avoid them otherwise you will loose your money.

Please avoid this company. First send us sign with some marks on it. No contact details provided so get them through PayPal. When I end up paying for another delivery finally have another sign with is exactly same quality, scratched and marks which can't be removed.

Extremely low quality.

It's a scam. The quality is a joke, not what you see on their advert. They advertise a glass but supply plastic. Please they don't deserve that money so don't give it to them.

Want to get rid of your money? Just give them to the homeless or those in need. Don't let these cowboys get rich at your expense. The quality of the product is simply rubbish.

Scammers sent a sign for a beauty salon all the lettering is wonky and they won’t give me a refund / the email on the returns is invalid they are a total fraud company taking peoples money for extremely poor quality and faulty goods ! I’m taking them to court … if anyone wants to come on board with taking these people down !

Absolutely cheap and nasty product. Got it set it up hung it up. Moisture got under the numbers and they bubbled and slid off! Withing minutes! Paid $140 nzd, they offered $10 nzd refund. Don't do it, they're terrible!

Terrible!! The house number is only 1.5 inches / 4 cm high. That is ridiculous!!

Same as the other authors bad workmanship numbers peeling off very poor quality product for the money charged l have tried to email them but they refuse to acknowledge my email if I could give them a MINUS ONE STAR I certainly would..please READ THESE COMMENTS ANYONE THINKING OF CHUCKING MONEY AT THIS COMPANY FOR THIER LESS THAN USELESS PRODUCTS

Their products are not fit for purpose. Outdoor signs and mats and the writing falls off after 24 hours.

They will refuse to give you refund and try to sell you another item. Run away from this company.

I didn’t read any reviews on this company or product prior to ordering, and now that I’m reading the reviews I realize that I shouldn’t have purchased the lighted sign. My story is the sign arrived broken..I’ve reached out to them via Fb messages, I’m awaiting a response. My question is, did anyone attempt to dispute the transaction with their bank? If so, what was the result?

Bought a sign and it is rubbish quality, can not read it and the glue used to stick the acrylic lettering to the backing acrylic piece comes through and it looks like squashed bugs under the lettering. It looks terrible, will not be using it. They will not re-do the sign so that it is decent and they are only offering a 20% refund which is not in line with their refund policy. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

I don't even know what say about this company? They took my money and no receipt or email to confirm that they have received my order, until today I haven't received my order , this company should be black listed and taken in news papers for public awareness.

Product looked good at face value.
Issue is the illumination which is not to the standard pictured on the website. The images on the website spotlight clearly the address panel, however the solar light received as designed does not actually shine onto the mirrored writing so at night the house number and street name are not at all visible. The images are not a true depiction.

Based on the reviews here I decided NOT to buy from this company!

Awful product and bad communication and service. The product I received is a semi-finished product. The website didn't mention anything that you need to glue different pieces together. They just send me different small pieces and a glue. Tried to talk with their customer service, they keep saying there is no issue with the product. Don't buy it or trust this website. If possible I want to give a 0 star.

I wish I could give 0 stars … product turned up and the printing was rubbish and the light didn’t work. Very cheap and total false advertising. I contacted them and they told me I had to pay to get a new light sent out (materials and postage). They wouldn’t give a refund. BUYER BEWARE!
