Protective cover to watch pitted and unwilling to check what damage might be lurking beneath. Would expect better from Temu. Will never buy from Fossil again.

If 0 rating can be provided, would provide. Bought $900 worth of on-line items. Returned several items at store in Canada, refund did not appear in the committed timeframe as per Fossil's site. Called in, a rep named "Allan" indicated he started the process to have the credit applied. Checked my statement, was not applied, called in again and Leo indicated Allan, did not process it, even though an email was received indicating Allan proceeded with the steps for the refund. Returned items again from the same order, and again, refund was not applied on the credit card within the timeframes indicated on Fossil's site. Spoke to Jose on November 24th, 2023. after an hour providing tracking number, order number, he disconnected. Had to call in again, and spoke to Obed. He seemed to have better knowledge, and now have been on the phone for an additional 30 mins. Hope I don't need to call back. Returned all items purchased on-line. Terrible system for returns and customer service on line. Wish there was a way to process our own return on line, once the email confirmation that Fossil has received the items that I returned. This option would lessen the headached and time spent with some inefficient service resources and Fossil's poor system that does not communicate/provide information between the stores and on-line. Will never purchase from on-line again.
Also requested manager call back from end of October, no call, requested to speak to a manager during times that have called in- reps indicated that there are no managers available. Interesting.

Very professional web site and general communication. However I was extremely disappointed with the ‘pressurised up selling’ that I experienced. I only wanted the glass changed and their original website estimate was very low. I was then given a formal quote showing x10 the original estimate, as it included changing the watch casing (not needed) and repairing the chronograph (which worked perfectly). Their support team were very insistent that the glass and case needed to be replaced together, and so this was the quote option that I reluctantly accepted. After my order was accepted I was told that I also needed to have the chronograph repaired as well (not sure why) and I was put under some pressure to do this. I refused. I subsequently spoke with another Fossil service centre and they said they could have easily replaced the glass without changing the casing or repairing the chronograph. Horrible up selling. That said, I have the watch back now and it appears to have been repaired really well.
Be up front about delivery times and multiple couriers.
So excited to get tracking number same day of order then to find out items were being delivered by different couriers. First package was received within 2+days which was great. Second package took a week to be sent from warehouse to courier and still not received. Been advised this will be delivered in 2 days time. Why send tracking numbers when goods have not progressed to delivery.

Awful experience and lost money. I ordered a watch online - a completely different watch was supplied and when I finally got a response they advised that
my ordered watch was out of stock so they sent a different one (different watch face / style / strap colour) all without any discussion. I returned the watch for a refund and their shipping partner (UPS) lost the watch in transit and then fossil refused to give me a refund - shocking! This was over one month ago and I am still trying to get answers - my advice is to avoid Fossil online and got to the shop personally and pay for your watch.

Unsure if i dodged a bullet here but i ordered without checking the reviews on trust pilot first and then panicked when my item was dispatched almost a week later the shipping status stayed the same and didn't update for about 4 days. It said 24 hours tracked but somehow i got the parcel in the end and the item arrived well packaged and just as pictured on the website.... i probably wouldn't order again though due to the uncertainty of how genuine this retailer is or trustworthy with actually sending the item out.
