Terrible Customer Service & Repair
I sent my watch for a simple battery replacement and pressure test in September. Festina lost the watch and didn't find it until December. I was told that the battery was fine, but there was a repair needed that would cost $50.00. I paid the $50. When I received the watch the setting arm was stuck and the time could not be set. I notified the company and there was no response. Needless to say, I'll never purchase another Festina product.
