Not worth the money

Watch was within guarantee when the winder came off, never had that happen to a watch ever but Fossil won’t repair as it isn’t covered under their guarantee and the cost of repair is ridiculous.

band replacement

stopped in the Niagara outlet mall on Glendale road and was so blown away by the young woman who helped me find a replacement band for my watch i just had to write a review. She had just had a bad experience with a customer that was being over powering and rude but she kept her cool and pleasantly dismissed the situation after he would not let her talk... after that she came to me and gave me the perfect customer service anyone could ask for even though i know she was upset inside. hopefully she get a chance to read this... Great job smiles!

Poor products and poor company

What a poor poor company and I will never be purchasing anything from here again.
I’ve purchased on two different occasions and I find the things overpriced. I ordered a strap for my watch and it sat there waiting for Royal Mail collection almost 2 weeks, even though Fossil told me it’s been shipped. No it didn’t, because Royal Mail haven’t even had a chance to collect it.
I then ordered a leather purse and within two months the zipper fell out. Literally fell out. I contacted customer services and they told me to send it in for repairs as it’s still within warranty, I asked about the price, my question was avoided and I’ve been told I will get an email with all details. The email just had an address where to send it. I contacted customer service again asking whether I am expected to pay the shipping fee and been told to raise a repair request online because that will give me a free shipping label (portal doesn’t cater to leather items, even tho this customer service assistant said it does) so I raised a request and surprise surprise it doesn’t give a shipping label.
So now I have an unusable purse which is less than 2 months old, it’s in warranty but somehow I need to pay to send it in to maybe fix, even though it is not my fault the quality of the product is so poor. So am I going to play around and waste even more money? Nah, never again I’m dealing with this

I've had an awful experience with…

I've had an awful experience with Fossil. I've been waiting for my order for three weeks now, and I still haven't received it. Despite entering my address correctly, they keep making mistakes. I've been using this address for a long time without any issues. On top of that, the customer support is also terrible. I've been kept on hold for an hour in the line, and nobody has answered in the chat. I strongly advise against ordering from Fossil. They've taken my money, and I still haven't received anything.

Unreliable Fossil Gen 5E Smartwatch

I purchased a Fossil Gen 5E Smartwatch on a promotion in August 2021. It had an issue in December 2022 and I sent it back to be repaired. It was repaired under warranty and returned. It failed again in June 2023, a different fault, and was duly returned and repaired again, under warranty. It failed again in February 2024 but, this time they are refusing to accept responsibility. They have offered me a 20% discount on the purchase of a new watch. I told them I did not want a discount I wanted a reliable repair or a new watch as I did not feel that this one had been of merchantable quality. They would not entertain that suggestion and would not move on their original offer. I feel they do not understand that the product I purchased has not fulfilled the reasonable expectations of its service life and should therefore be replaced at no cost to the purchaser. Three failures in three consecutive years is not reasonable reliability.

Paid for a watch and not received it to…

Paid for a watch and not received it to then contact them to say there was issues with online payments. No one had been in contact to let me know this had happened. Now I can not order the item as they have sold out along with not given me back the vouchers I used. Really poor customer service.

Ordered a watch & bracelet for my sons 21st they sent totally the wrong order a watch that should have been going to someone else according to the pick receipt, customer service unable to send replacements so my son doesn't get his 21st b'day present...great...not

Bunch of thieves

Bunch of thieves. Most terrifying experience.
Products with no value. They are all nice to you until there’s a mistake on their side, they ditch you like you’ve never existed.
10 years ago their watches were of amazing quality but not they sell crap.

I got my watch about three months ago…

I got my watch about three months ago and I noticed it was losing time. I was to replace the battery but that didn't fix the problem. I tried to chat with a digital machine but it can't understand anything. I just want a watch that works and possibly a human being to help. I would in no way recommend fossil to anyone. buyer beware

Bought a men’s leather bracelet

Bought a men’s leather bracelet. 2nd time on and clasp came undone and bracelet was lost. Looked at reviews for it and they are awful lots of people saying exactly the same. Lots of replies from Fossil saying they will pass it on to their design team but they are still selling it! Offered 15% off which I can get as a new customer and the reply if you can find it and let us see it’s faulty we can look into it. If I could find it it wouldn’t be lost!!!!

I recently engaged with Fossil's customer support regarding an issue with my new smartwatch not holding a charge for more than 12 hours. The digital assistant was prompt but offered limited assistance, quickly channeling me to a human agent, which I appreciated for a more personalized resolution.

Upon connecting with the agent, Allan M., I explained the persistent issue with my smartwatch's battery life. Allan's initial suggestions, such as checking the charging outlet and visiting a physical store, didn't seem to address the core issue of a potentially faulty product. Considering the impracticality of traveling hours to a Fossil store, Allan then suggested initiating a repair request online.

The interaction took a turn when Allan recommended a basic troubleshooting step, which I had already been doing daily. This response felt like a fundamental misunderstanding of the issue, leading to my disappointment. It was clear that the watch was underperforming from the start, and suggesting a repair for a nearly new product didn't align with my expectations for a solution.

When I expressed my desire for a straightforward replacement instead of a repair, Allan informed me that the return timeframe had expired, and therefore, the only option was repair under warranty. This resolution was unsatisfactory as it didn't acknowledge the inconvenience of having received a brand-new product that failed to work as advertised.

The interaction concluded without a satisfactory resolution, leaving me frustrated and with a product that did not meet my needs or expectations. While Allan remained professional, the lack of a practical solution or an offer to escalate the issue to address my concerns was disheartening.

Fossil Experience

At first I had an issue with my promo code which had me very frustrated, but I connected with Nataly G at customer service and she was very kind, understanding, and quick to work with. She solved my issue in under 10 minutes and now I am happy. Thank you Nataly G!!!

Given up on Fossil Smartwatch!

Given up on Fossil Smartwatch!
I have persevered for a long time with my Fossil smartwatch but I have given up.
I gave up on having it connected to my iPhone along time ago as it constantly needed rebooting and every time I had to repair it with the Wear OS app and go through the same ‘learn how to use your watch’. Seriously? What a waste of time!
So for quite I’ve been using it as time only but that’s so intermittent that it can be relied upon to a) be actually working when I take it off the the charger or b) not just randomly switch off when it’s one my wrist during the day and not switch back on again until it’s on the charger.
I’ve tried several generations of Fossil and I’m just a fool to think that the next generation will actually work.
I’ve given up and will be going to an Apple Watch, as they are reliable and user friendly, just shame they lack the aesthetics to look like a watch.

Order elsewhere

Ordered a watch strap as a present for a spinal occasion. Was informed 4-6 business days. It will be at least 8 so missing occasion. Also tracking is inaccurate as using old Royal Mail tracking numbers. My parcel is showing as benign delivered 2 months prior to order.

Fossil watch repair

My Mums Fossil watch had a malfunction, it is still under warranty and has a very high sentimental value…as it was the last gift my Dad bought for my Mum before he very sadly passed away. Mum was really nervous about sending it back in case it wasn’t fixable or if it got lost in transit. However, it has been fixed and has been safely returned, by tracked delivery, and pretty quickly. Mum is really pleased, thank you so very much for turning this around so quickly and ensuring the safe return, it is very much appreciated:))

Bought a bracelet on holiday

Bought a bracelet on holiday. Paid €55. The leather broke within 3 weeks. Contacted Fossil directly and they wouldn’t replace or return. Told me contact the shop directly. Offered me 15% off next purchase.. that’s crazy very disappointed. Poor quality item and no effort made to resolve the issue. Nice emails from customer service but they are unable to help. Surely items should last more than 30 days.. they have my email and I do hope they move this up the line and get it resolved.. I’ve no intention of being caught a second time
