Awful customer service

I ordered a watch for my partners Christmas present and it arrived in a badly damaged tin/box. No wonder considering all it was packaged in was a paper Jiffy bag. I contacted customer services and explained the issue with pictures and they agreed to send a new box out and it arrived within a week, this time properly packaged in a box. Brilliant! However, the new box that was sent was a completely different one which I wouldn’t have minded but the watch doesn’t even fit inside it. I contacted customer services again and they told me there was nothing they could do as this is the only box they can send out as a replacement. Asked how to raise a formal complaint and was completely ignored. I now have a Christmas gift I either have to gift in a damaged box or no box at all!

Absolutely rubbish I had a band for 4…

Absolutely rubbish I had a band for 4 month and it fell apart and all thy said is no receipt no repair but I have issued proof of purchase and there only offer was 20% of a new product which I will not be taking up

DO NOT make an online order with this…

DO NOT make an online order with this company! I have had nothing, but issues. First they sent my order out a week and a half later! The package ended up getting lost on the way and that’s the end of story. Fossil will not replace the order or make a claim for compensation. I’m out money for something I didn’t not receive.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is honestly the worst company I have ever used. Firstly, I bought a watch that needed repairs after a few months (one of the small hands on the date chronograph came off and was floating around between the face and the glass). I took the watch in to the Brighton branch for repairs, who after 3 weeks of no contact eventually told me - after I chased them repeatedly - that the watch had been sent to Germany for repairs as they couldn't fix it in the shop. OK fine. Literal months go by with no news. Eventually, after more chasing, they tell me they couldn't fix it and I could go pick it up from the shop. Frustratingly I did so to find the watch completely disassembled in a little box. Utterly amazed, I told them they had to put it back together which they agreed to do. Days later they call me to say its been reassembled. I pick up the watch to find they had SUPER GLUED the little hand to the face of the watch! A huge splodge of glue, ruined the watch and they didn't even glue it straight! Completely bemused and angry, I told them I want a new watch to which they flat out said no as it was out of return/replacement window. Incredible. Do NOT buy anything from this bunch of clowns and if you need something repaired that you've already bought take it to a professional. Not to mention a wallet I purchased as a gift which just never arrived, and was confirmed BY THEM to be lost at Gatwick airport, and when I complained they said I had to sign a waiver to say I hadn't stolen it. How they are still in business is beyond belief.

I had the worst experience buying a…

I had the worst experience buying a watch online from Fossil. Before checking out, they promised timely delivery, but once I paid, the story completely changed. Their customer service is terrible, and the representatives don't know how to properly handle customer complaints.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Fossil. They seem more focused on taking your money than actually caring about their customers.

Coupons do not work!

Coupons do not work!
I had a frustrating experience with this company. The 15% off coupon never worked, regardless of the device or browser I used—even incognito mode didn’t help. After signing up multiple times to try to get it to work, I ended up missing out on what should have been a €54 discount.

The purchasing process was also incredibly slow and problematic, taking almost two weeks to complete due to various technical issues. I had trouble entering my address, and the transaction kept failing. By the time I finally got everything sorted, the bag I wanted was sold out.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience that has left me with no confidence in the company. I wouldn’t recommend them to others and won’t be shopping here again.

Not a great product and so many issues to return it

The product bought was not as expected, returned it with suggested return method at UPS locker on the 5th of October. Went on Holiday, returned on the 21st and it had not been collected. Had to call customer service and eventually it was collected and returned, it still took almost a full week to get a refund. Would not recommend, if I hadn't spend half an hour on the phone with customer service I probably would never had seen a refund. It's just unbelievable how complicated they have to make it.

Returned item NO refund months later.

I bought a hybrid smart watch and it SUCKED. Absolutely terrible. Wouldn't charge half the time, features didn't work, frequently showed the wrong time, etc.

Thankfully, they agreed to let me return it after sticking it out for a few months because I really liked the look of it.

I package it up and send it back, and had confirmation that it arrived at fossil. I wait and wait - no refund. I contact them and they tell me that the refund didn't go through!!! So that happened and they didn't tell me! So if I hadn't noticed myself, I would have never gotten my money back. I have never heard of a legitimate company attempting a refund and not telling you that it didn't work.

At this point it had already been multiple weeks of waiting.

They say they can issue a cheque, but it can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. It's now been 10 weeks and no cheque. So I have no watch and they still have my $200.

Great customer service!

It was about ten minutes before closing time when I decided to quickly look and show my Mom the wallet I’d been meaning to get from Fossil at the Halifax Shopping Centre. We left the place an hour after closing time with not just my new wallet but also a couple of watches.

We adored how friendly and hospitable the salespeople were! They did not rush us despite the time, and they remained amiable and patient as we browsed their collection of watches. Reema and Bella truly gave us a wonderful shopping experience. They cared enough to give their opinions on the pieces without being too pushy. We even got out watches engraved! Cheers to Fossil for having these amazing people on their team. 💗

Ordered the Wren tote bag

Ordered the Wren tote bag. Absolutely lovely, a quality bag like all my others. Ordered Sunday Eve received Friday. Could track on Royal Mail.
Was slightly concerned with reviews but have ordered a lot from fossil over the years and never had a problem so don’t be put off. Packaged extremely well. Great service - thank you

Terrible service and terrible warranties

I would like to say that I have been buying Fossil watches for 15 years .recently I realized that the warenties are only 4 years not 11 like years ago that's because they were bought buy apple .I have been trying for months to get a strap .a strap folks .I had to purchase a strap from Amazon .so my 400.00 watch is only half Fossil and half Chinese .I will never buy another Fossil again once the warranty runs out .got no help from customer service .just excuses .now I know why the warranty is only 4 years because they force you to buy another one .

Absolutely dreadful!

Absolutely dreadful!! Returned my order and waited 8 weeks for my refund. I repeatedly contacted customer services via phone and email who would give me a generic response that they were investigating the whereabouts of my return. I knew my return had been received because the tracking showed it had been accepted by the warehouse. I ended up starting the process of requesting a chargeback via my credit card company, but thankfully finally received my refund after plenty of chasing up! I will never order from Fossil again.

Received the best service from your…Staff in Stratford westfield

Received the best service from your staff in the FOSSIL STORE STRATFORD the staff were attentive, informative, warm , friendly and provided a first class shopping experience. There was an error on my receipt that i noted when I got home - i called the store and the issue was resolved within mins and I received a refund and updated receipt emailed over .

Horrible service and pricing

Horrible service and pricing. I paid a different price and then they sent me the product with price tag that was 90$ less than the original price. I asked for a refund and they were denying the fact until it got back to the previous price

Unreliable and Unreasonable

They won't deliver and will not bother about delivering.
They will not also refund unless you sign an undertaken even though tracking says it didn't get delivered.

Your bank will help get back your money.

But don't even stress shopping from them.

I love Fossl bag, terrible customer service

I would like to say that I love Fossil bags, they are fabulous. Great quality. However their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I ordered something online to an APO. Which their site states they deliver to. I messaged customer service to check on the order as it hadn't moved on FedEx for a couple of days.

The woman on the chat tells me it was probably returned and to just order another one. She then told me to go to the nearest Fossil store to order online, to make sure I get it in the mail. I'm deployed, I can't, and it also defeats the purpose of online shopping if I have to go to the store to order something. It was a wild and stupid conversation. Oh and the 30% off I got died along with the order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never buy anything fossil again. They need to be a fossil both dead and old. Count your days Fossil looks like you'll be like other great business from back in the day Bankrupt and out of bad business 🙌🏻 Do not purchase anything smart with Fossil logo on it..You've been warned

No refunds or order change

I emailed the customer help an hour after my order was placed and they couldn’t change a simple detail in my order. I spent close to $1000 and they wouldn’t work with me. Awful customer service for a mediocre product at best. If I could give this business zero stars I would.
