Easy to buy online and free postage
Easy to buy online and my daughter's trainers came in two days. Didn't have to pay any postage, unlike other retailers. Also they did half sizes. Would definitely recommend. ⭐️👍

First time order and zip faulty on the jacket, jacket was great but on returning I'm hit with a £2.50 charge even though I did nothing wrong, put me off ever using foot asylum again, never needed to before and now I know I'll never need to again. Tried contacting them on there chat but no answer and no help. Avoid foot asylum

Placed an order for a couple of products that were advertised on social media. One of the items, a hat and glove set turned out to be for kids. There was no mention in the advertisement or the website that the products were for children. When the item was returned, I was charged for the postage of the item and did not receive a full refund. This was after consulting customer services via a WhatsApp chat, who told me that I would receive a full refund. I did not. This meant that I had to pay for an item that I was mislead into buying for the privilege of returning it. Absolutely disgusting.
