Called to let me know that I had one more payment to make on my phone, and needed a new contract for my SIM.
Rescheduled to call again a few hours later and walked me through the options for my current SIM. Appreciated him telling me about the current complications of going to a limited amount data plan, so went onto an unlimited one.
Kind and clear throughout, and a very friendly interaction. Was a much cheerier experience than I'd anticipated :)

I would recommend these guys all day long
I was looking for a new Samsung S26 Ultra with unlimited data texts and calls, the providers were wanting 70+ a month. I found these guys and at first thought it had to be a scam and I still can't believe the low prices with Fonehouse. Super easy from start to finish I highly recommend them.
