I couldn't be happier with the bouquets I ordered! They arrived incredibly quickly, were beautifully presented, and were packaged securely in a large box so they arrived in perfect condition. The flowers were excellent quality, looked absolutely stunning, and lasted a long time. You can really tell that great care goes into both the products and the packaging. I'll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend!

Ordered for next day deliveries and selected Saturday so I could have flowers to take to my mother on Mother’s Day. Guess what they didn’t ship.

No way of contacting this company either on a weekend avoid at all costs. I’m challenging my payment and will be requesting a refund through the company and through my credit card utter a waste of time.

I ordered a Freesia bouquet to mark my Mom's passing. Freesia was her favourite flowers. Yes.. It was only £25. I expected more than a supermarket bunch. I'm really disappointed 😞

The website makes a point of their Jersey heritage so I’m baffled as to why my order for my sister who lives on Jersey, was dispatched via Peterborough. I paid extra to get guaranteed delivery on her birthday but they were 3 days in transit and arrived 2 days late. Sent a message via the form on the website but no response. Very disappointed.

Ordered flowers as a retirement "Thank You"

Ordered 20 fresias from their website but what was received was a pathetic straggly effort which bared no resemblance to the advertisrd product whatsoever.
I complained but was told they were correct and would fill out.
I won't ask the lady because I am too embarrassed but looking at the photo I have, I don't believe them.

Ordered 3 lots of orchids to be delivered Xmas eve different address all arrived in perfect condition and are all top quality beautiful thank you

Used to be good.
But...
New website, higher prices, I think, and all my contacts have gone when being 'moved' from the old website to the new one. I sent an email asking a simple question... no reply.

Great customer service. Flower company great my friend loved her flowers. Thank you.

I'm sincerely disappointed with my order for my mum's birthday.

The flowers were ordered on 24th September, due to arrive on the 26th September but only arrived on the 30th September and had of course died.

The quantity also appears unimpressive.

Won't be using again.

Had flowers sent to my Auntie for her Birthday and she was really pleased with the flowers I ordered flowers and put the wrong post code so had to reorder but when the flowers were delivered today my Auntie received two lots of flowers

Sent a bouquet to my friend for her 70th birthday. She was delighted and wrote "Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers, what a lovely surprise! Hope you can see from the photo how fresh they are and the great mix of colours".

The flowers I ordered were on day of request. The Electric Blue Orchids were absolutely Stunning and arranged wonderfully I could not fault the service provided. Thank you Flowersbypost

I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying a bouquet of freesias for my daughter. They arrived today and disappointed is an understatement! Not like the picture at all! Not even a proper gift card, just a typed message on a scruffy piece of paper. Such a shame as freesias are her favourite flowers & it would’ve been a lovely surprise & gift.

A Friend sent flowers Alstroemeria. Arrived very wilted have improved in water but most white just a few purple. Not at all like photo on the website a very dreary selection of stems.

I wish I could award no stars. I ordered a preserved rose for my 94 year old Aunt who had been placed in a care home which she found very upsetting. I wanted her to know that the family were thinking of her at Easter as we live three and a half hours away from her and cannot visit. The rose never arrived. Communication with Flowers by post was sadly lacking and they appeared uncaring of the situation. I have my money back but nothing can make up for my Aunt receiving nothing at Easter. I sent flowers afterwards but it was too late for Easter. I will never use this firm again.

I wouldn’t even give one star, wish I’d read the reviews first. Flowers arrived wilted. I’ve written to the company, so it will be interesting to see if they respond.

I've bought from them before and the recipient has always received quality flowers with a speedy delivery. No different this time except the flowers arrived in under 24 hours from me ordering them. As usual the flowers were in the very early stage of opening so should have a good lifespan in my friend's home.

Not sure I would buy flowers from this company again. Bought a carnation bouquet for my mum's 91st birthday. They arrived wilted and two buds had fallen off. They were a bit pricey for what actually arrived!! Could have got a better bunch for less the price from a well known high street store. Presentation box was nice though!

I ordered Carnations and freesias for a friend. The arrangement arrived on time. The flowers are delightful. Not garish, they've opened well, and many visitors have commented on the delightfully fresh pop of colour they bring to the room. I was delighted by them and they gave my friend, who really needed a pick me up, a huge amount of pleasure.

Found just what I wanted to order for my friend's birthday. However, once the order was acknowledged I had no further communication from them, and actually had to email on the day of delivery to ask if the flowers had been dispatched. Fair do, they replied almost instantly, and sure enough the flowers arrived on the due date. I happened to be at my friend's house when they arrived. I had ordered a candle to go with them. This was not in a box of its own, and had been left loose in with the flowers, to roll around in transit, and crush some of the leaves. The flowers did not look good. The card with my greeting written on it was very pretty. However, they had put the greeting upside down, and on the wrong side of the card. Very sloppy admin and packaging which obviously had not been checked by anyone before the flowers were sent. This has left me feeling that the staff do not care about their job and no-one has the gumption to think that a heavy candle loose in a large box of flowers is not a great idea . Thankfully after two days the flowers had perked up enough to open (thanks to my friend adding some spare flower food that she had, as there was none sent with the flowers, like other flower companies do) and overall she was very pleased with them. I will not recommend this company, however, and indeed will not order from them again myself.
