After ordering on the 3rd. October, I read the reviews and was very upset! However, within two days I received the invoice along with delivery details which lifted my spirits a little. Today the 7th. October, my package arrived in good condition delivered by DPD. I am now very happy. Salontotal in my opinion has put some UK companies to shame. Well done!!

I am very dissatisfied because I still haven't received the item I ordered, and I haven't received a reply to the message I sent about the order.

The products arrived in perfect condition; the only issue was the delivery time of the shipping company they chose, which took a week.

My real opinion.
I was initially very worried after reading some bad reviews online and honestly thought this site might be a scam. However, my experience with Salontotal.co.uk was absolutely excellent!
I was looking for a specific cream that I could only find on their website. I ordered 3 pieces for £40. Because my order was over £30, I qualified for their free delivery, and it was shipped via DPD Express. Despite my fears, the package arrived perfectly safe and sound in just five days.
They are a completely legitimate, real, and excellent company. I am so glad I took the chance, and I highly recommend them!

I placed an order they took payment then emailed me to say what I had ordered was out of stock, I've asked for a refund but had no reply. I've contacted PayPal but have to wait 3o days before I can lodge a complaint

Placed an order for items that were all in stock & their website boasts same day dispatch, which in my case & it seems by a lot of others reviews, is totally ambiguous. The goods were not in stock and despite several e mails no resolution was made ,in fact the last two e mails to" customer services" were ignored so I had to process a claim via PayPal as they would not acknowledge my request for a refund. This company it seems are also not based in the UK as their website address suggests. I would not recommend anyone to use this company & best avoided unless you want hassle for weeks.

I am genuinely thrilled with my purchase. Although shipping took slightly longer than anticipated, it arrived safely and everything was wonderful. Extremely satisfied and 100% recommended.

Be careful with this company. It's been three months since my order was not fulfilled. And I've been writing emails all the time, but the money is still not returned. I'm very disappointed with the service of this company, I will never order again.

Delivery driver followed my instruction on where to leave the parcel as I wasn't home. He returned to the apartment to redeliver after reading my instruction which was not posted in time for his first attempt to deliver. Thank you.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering from Salon Total!. The initial delivery was quite prompt but when the hairdryer arrived it did not have a UK plug on it so I returned it. I notice in another review response the company has said that it is clear on the website that the product does not have a UK plug. This is not true. There was no information - or even a picture - which indicated the type of plug the product has. The worst thing is that I had to pay to return the product and I am still waiting for it to be received in the Netherlands over 3.5 weeks after it arrived in the depot in Hull. They say they have to wait for the product to arrive back in the Netherlands before processing a refund but this is taking a really unreasonable length of time. I would not order from Salon Total again.

Great service, delivered on time.

I was apprehensive to order after reading other reviews but they sell a hair gel that's hard to get in the UK so I took a punt and ordered as this site seemed to be the best of a bad bunch of the stockists. Very happy, I ordered around 9pm on Friday night and received on Wednesday. No issues with delivery at all as others have mentioned. Will order from them again.

The packaging was in terrible condition when it arrived - so if it’s a high value item or an intended gift I’d suggest not ordering from here. I tolerated it as it was just tea bags.

This company is a scam. I ordered from them on 27/5/26, the item has not arrived and despite contacting them numerous times they have refused to refund the cost, or organise new items being delivered, even though legally they should do so. Their customer service team is so unhelpful, dismissive and rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordering process was easy, good range of products at very competitive prices. Delivery was a real let down, not only did it take 12 days, it was actually delivered to the wrong address (correct address on box). The delivery process and length would make me hesitant to order again.

I was looking for a product that I can no longer find in the local shops. Salontotal provided it and delivered very promptly.

I purchased from this company on the 15th of April, a week later, I received the wrong order. I rang up and the phone was answered immediately and I was told to print the invoice and return for which I HAD TO PAY POSTAGE, the item was returned two days later. I was told I would receive an email saying they had received it and then a refund 3 working days later. No email, no correspondence, no anything. I emailed, whatsapped, phoned. NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I resulted in contacting Paypal for a chargeback on the 1st of June. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
