Beautiful arrangement delivered quickly. Lovely add ons to choose from and balloons for every occasion too. I will use Flowers Across Melbourne again. Delivery photo and tracking are nice touches for overseas orders.

Good Evening Everyone he's my experience with "Flowers Across Brisbane's🌹🌹🌹

I've given them a 1 Star ⭐ Rating because of the terrible expireance while ordering my mother flowers for Todays Mother's Day.

I placed the order yesterday about 12.30pm they were lovely on the phone, I was on a budget so they were more than willing to help. (Well so I thought)

After asking a few questions about the delivery, what time would they be delivered it was confirmed that Midday would be more likely than early in the morning like I wanted, I also understand I'm NOT the only client especially on Mother's Day.

So I rang mum for mother's Day about 3.00pm hopeing she would be super excited because I had actually never got Mum anything for mother's Day. She didn't mention the flowers. I asked WTF I ordered you flowers Mother's day they should be there. She was out at the time so I asked her to rush home. She did NO BLOODY FLOWERS 🌺🌹🌺.

So I lose my S@## and ring them. That's when this sneaky little Company SHOW there form.

Acused me of lying about the details I was provided before I placed my order.

I was Really angry and quite upset. They hang up on me. I took me 30mins for someone to answer the phone because they could see my caller ID on the phone.

The gentleman advised me that they would not take my call as his employees were upset.

Bloody offered a REFUND.

Terrible customer service
Lying over the phone just to get my money. I'm unemployed and they new that.
Terrible phone skills.
Just outright bloody RUDE.

Do yourself a favour be very careful of spending with them.

Yes they have many Fantastic Reviews that's why I went with them.

Great service. Ordered flowers for delivery and was kept up to date as to when they would be delivered. Even had a live coverage of the delivery vehicle. And the flower arrangement was superb.
