Placed an order for Mother’s Day on the…
Placed an order for Mother’s Day on the Thursday prior, with the website confirming my order would be delivered on the Sunday. Paid by PayPal.
The following day (Friday) I received an email from PayPal telling me my payment had been refunded. Received no email from Flowers By Arrangement. Luckily, the email from PayPal allowed me to make alternative arrangements with a different company, because if I had paid by another method, I wouldn’t have known my order had been cancelled.
I finally received an email on the Monday (the day after Mother’s Day) to let me know my order had been cancelled due to my “remote address”. I had entered my address when ordering and not received any warning that delivery wouldn’t be possible, and another company managed to fulfill my order in time, despite me ordering a day later due to the mess Flowers By Arrangement made.
All in all, a terrible experience ordering from them and I can’t recommend them in any way.
