Well done Tracy and the girls at flowers by arrangement at Musselburgh for the professionalism and the beautiful different displays ordered by the whole family for my little sister Tricias funeral. From sprays, wreaths, wife, mum, granny and a large gold heart they were absolutely stunningly beautiful.
After the service many people asked where we had got them from, they were admired by everyone there so thank you from myself and the rest of the family.

I had a mixed experience with flowersbyarrangement. While a previous delivery was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, they handled the situation well with good communication. On another occasion, flowers were beautifully delivered to a friend, who was thrilled with the quality. However, they managed to deliver quickly on a tight schedule for a special occasion, and a recent bouquet purchase was fresh and impressive. Despite some challenges like a difficult-to-find address, they delivered on time. Overall, their service is decent with room for slight improvements.

Sadly due to Covid the delivery didn't take place BUT I am more than satified with the way this was handled, good communication etc. It won't stop me using flowers by arrangement next time around.

At very short notice I requested flowers for my wedding aniversary and requested that they be delivered on the Monday morning. The flowers arrived as requested and they were impressive.

The delivery address was always going to be hard to find, but the guys persevered and delivered the flowers on time.

I ordered the Apricot Ardour bouquet for a friends birthday. I can honestly say it was one of the nicest flower arrangements I have ever seen. The flowers were all very fresh and stunning colours too.

Delivery time very poor roughly week and a half apart between order and delivery
