I've been using FloraPrima for years to send something special to my mother from the US to Germany. Very easy to order and to pick out something nice. My mom always says the flowers are beautiful.

I had order pink roses..instead they have sent red ones. Thats a big dissapointment . Normally i should be asked for a change in my order . Only the delivery day was ok.

Pure garbage, no customer service, no help with the order, with them it is just like throwing money away...GARBAGE

I odered an "Edelrose" for my Boyfriend, who lives in Dortmund. Even though i odered it from swithzerland, they were so fast with the delivery. The flower was perfect and he loves it and me too. The Service team and the whole worker team are very kind and polite. I delayed the payment because of some technical issues,but they helped me and understood me very well. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. I recommend it everyone☺have fun by ordering also some surprise for your loved ones.

My experience with floraprima was amazing. I ordered two different things to two different addresses and they arrived exactly on the date I put in on the website plus I got updatet via e-mail throughout the whole delivery process. Top service and would use it again in a heartbeat.

Your service is great but there is one thing you should have your website in english too

I have been using this service for years and never got disappointed. Flowers are fresh and delivery always arrives on time.

It was my first time order with FloraPrima and I am completely satisfied with the results.. It was easy to place and order, multiple choice of payment, great communication through the emails. The flowers were fresh and delivered in time. Thanks for your outstanding service!

My order says it has been delivered to the receiver(my girlfriend), saying they picked it up at 2:37pm this Saturday, but there was no sign of any delivery.

The receiver was home this entire time, there was no doorbell ring, it hasn't come.

I'm leaving this 1 star review here until the problem gets resolved, or I get a refund.
