Based on my recent experience

Based on my recent experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding purchases from Flipkart unless there is absolutely no alternative.

I recently purchased a laptop worth more than ₹65,000. The product listing clearly stated that it was a new laptop with a 3-year warranty. However, after receiving it, I verified the serial number with the manufacturer and discovered that the laptop was already around two years old and had previously been used.

I immediately raised the issue with Flipkart and shared evidence from the OEM confirming the actual age of the device. Despite this, my return request was rejected. The response I received was essentially that since the laptop was in working condition, there was no issue with the product.

This means I ended up paying the price of a brand-new laptop for a used one. In my view, this is unacceptable, especially when the product was advertised as new.

My disappointment is not only with the seller but also with Flipkart’s handling of the complaint. Instead of protecting the customer, they chose to support the seller despite the evidence provided.

This has completely eroded my trust in the platform. I would advise everyone to verify products carefully and think twice before making expensive purchases on Flipkart. Until customer protection improves, I believe consumers should avoid buying high-value items from the platform.

Worst delivery service ever

Flipkart service getting bad day by day ...their customer care is the worst ..even after telling the problem they don't listen and never provide any solution...I complained about delivery agent since 3-4 months still the same delivery agent is doing the job in our area ...he never called and never give any reply when we call from our end..their promise time is till 11 pm...but you get the message of undelivered before 7 pm .which is very wrong ..Also...it's pathetic they take 15 days to give you single product.....meesho is far better than them...it's like they don't have manpower not available for delivery and not for customer care which will provide better solution and services ...such a pathetic service ...I would have given zero rating but option is not available...they are loosing customers trust they have built over time...bad customer care serivce...#bad delivery service.

THE SERVICE FOR MAKING A CLAIM IS VERY POOR,I am a seller on Flipkart, and I sell high-value products priced between ₹35,000 and ₹40,000. Whenever these products are returned damaged or with missing parts, my claims are rejected; I have suffered significant financial losses because of this. I would advise against selling such expensive items on Flipkart because they refuse to honor claims for them—I have had a terrible experience.

Worst shopping experience with Flipkart. Maine 30 June ko order kiya tha aur promise kiya gaya tha ki 1 July ko raat 11 PM tak delivery ho jayegi. Lekin bina kisi proper reason ke delivery date 3 July kar di. Customer support se baat karne ki bahut koshish ki, lekin calling support ka option hi nahi mila. Sabse badi problem pricing me thi. Product page par ₹414 dikhaya gaya, Buy Now button par ₹489 ho gaya aur UPI Coupon ₹140 OFF bhi dikhaya gaya. Iske baad bhi UPI payment ke time final ₹514 charge kiye gaye. Har step par price badalna customers ko confuse karta hai aur bilkul transparent nahi lagta. Delivery delay, misleading pricing aur poor customer support ki wajah se mera experience bahut hi kharab raha. Main dobara Flipkart se shopping karne se pehle zarur sochunga aur dusre buyers ko bhi alert rehne ki salah dunga.

Zero rating, Ordered washing machine from flipkart it was showing delivery tomorrow, nextday i was waiting for delivery from morning to evening 8 pm , called multiple time to provided delivery associate but they can't respond, after that 8:30 delivery schedule for next day (reason customer not available) what the shit is this. I again try to call delivery partner lucky it was connected he said that due to space shortage in my van your washing machine can't deliver today. These working like a lala company, next today is 3rd day i am waiting for delivery still my product was not delivered. My location is DELHI CENTRAL. forst service.

Elderly Parent Grievance !! Item Warranty

Dear @Flipkart ,I’m reaching out to you for some urgent help.

I bought a Washing Machine (Order #OD3293635318XXXXXXX) and made sure to get the 3-Year Jeeves Complete Protection Plan (Policy: PCPFLKOV-23EIKKQG4VN41D1PPO-XXXXXXX). It developed an issue at the end of May, so I raised Claim ID: CLAFLK3260288834XXXX.

Since then, we’ve had two technician visits but no repair. Instead, we keep getting a series of automated WhatsApp updates promising visits (on June 1st, 4th, 7th, 9th, 16th, 20th, and 23rd), but nobody actually shows up or calls.

It has now been over a month, and my elderly parents, who have health issues, are really struggling to manage without a working washing machine. I've tried calling customer care and even emailed the Nodal Officer, but haven't heard back yet.
Could someone from your escalation desk please step in to arrange a quick replacement or refund so my parents don't have to worry about this stuck repair?

The service has been bad

The service has been bad. I have been ordering items for the last 3 weeks and they keep cancelling my orders claiming they attempted deliveries yet not a single delivery agent called me.
Its annoying that they have to lie about it and then when you call customer care they just say order again and repeat the same nonsense

I ordered 5 books only got 1 and the quality was so bad and the other books automatically got cancelled and they refund it. I didn't cancelled the order like this has happened 2 times now I just need my books 😭

I purchased one item.. And after 11 days later they will inform me we can't deliver that.. We are already return that.. Totally worst experience.. Nd they they didn't refund the full amount also.. I never choose flipcart anymore.. Bcz it is the worst app i have ever use💯
