Don’t give up
Case commenced February 2023. Didn’t think we would end up with any money but flightright continued with our case and we were compensated 3 years later. Vueling not a good company to deal with. Thank you

It was a really great experience
It was a really good experience. I only had to hand in the flight tickets / flight number that caused me problem. The rest was accomplished by the Flightright team. They let you informed about all the progress they make. After around 8 months, they sent an email saying that the airline accepted to pay. After some days, I received the amount in my banking account. I am very satisfied and can only recommend it!
