We cannot thank Caroline Pepper at Flight Centre enough for the outstanding service she provided. After our original flights with another airline had to be refunded due to the disruption caused by events in the Middle East, we were faced with the daunting task of finding suitable replacement flights.

From start to finish, Caroline was absolutely exceptional. She patiently guided us through every available option, taking the time to explain the pros and cons without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding, and she kept everything updated whenever changes were needed.

What really stood out was Caroline’s kindness and genuine willingness to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and reassuring.

We are incredibly grateful for Caroline’s patience, professionalism and friendliness throughout the entire process. She is a real credit to Flight Centre, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Caroline and Flight Centre to anyone looking for expert travel advice and truly exceptional customer service.

Staff was totally unprofessional and ignored my sign " Don't disturb " on the door. I like privacy during my stay. Staff (cleaner) removed sign (didn't put it back), get inside and cleaned room. I was afraid about my expensive belongings, I trusted hotel and didn't use security box.
- management has no idea about proper EU customer service standards, extremely rude, unprofessional, ignorant, doesn't except improvements criticism.
- hotel manager was rude, unprofessional, untriendly, ignorant.
Message to visitors from EU: please try to avoid this place. Staff will ruin your travel experience.

Saleha was so knowledgable, professional, and friendly. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, what really mattered to me. I’m now looking forward to visiting family and friends and enjoying a sunny Australian Christmas. Booking process was very easy too. A good experience.

Chris at Kingston was very quick to come back with different flight options following my initial contact, and is courteous and friendly in his approach.

Normally we would book these trips on our own, but given we wanted a long-haul holiday with lots of stops and hotels, we trusted Tara to sort. Best decision we could have made! All flights and hotels were spot on and just what we asked for, and mid-way through the holiday, a flight was cancelled because of a typhoon. But Tara had a new flight and hotel booked within the hour, and we caught a different flight the next morning and still hit the beach! Great communications in the lead up and during the holiday and would definitely recommend!!
