I spotted this lovely modern office complex after I scoured the area looking for some office space. I rang the number and arranged a viewing of the available offices and units. The complex manager Ali was very helpful and explained the differences in costings and what was included clearly. I settled on a private secure office but with shared facilities including toilets, kitchen, meeting rooms, vending machines, central mailroom etc. All I have to do is pay my monthly fee and everything else is looked maintained by a great maitenence guy, Colin. Very happy now settled and hope to stay long term. Clean, bright, modern and secure.

We are an accountancy company called Bensiri Consultancy and we have occupied 3 of the offices in Newton Aycliffe for around 7 years and find the company professional and a delight to work with.
Ali the buildings manager is great, she is very easy to talk too if you have a problem and always finds a helpful solution.
The building is spotless and a great place to bring clients. If you do not rent a large room, these are available for hire should you need to bring clients in.
Also the location of the building is ideal and the parking area is large and well maintained.

I have been renting my office at Flexspace in Newton Aycliffe since March I can say Ali and the site staff always go above and beyond to help. Couldn't ask for a better service.

We are in going into our 6th year at Flexspace Mansfield, always find the local managers friendly and helpful thank you Gary and Andrea. Units are clean and tidy with provided adequate facilities on a secure fenced and timed gated access.
Flexspace Mansfield offers a choice of studios to larger workshop style units. I would have no hesitation in recommending Flexspace for your business.

We are based in Deeside and quickly needed to upscale our office for new recruits, Leah was more than attentive. She organised our change of contracts and secured a new office in record time. Nothing is too much for her.

We have found our dealings with flexspace to be brilliant. Gary the site manger has been super from initial contact to site meetings and sign up. Everything was explained so we understood terms and conditions and we genuinely felt supported by Gary in a way that would help us get our business going on the site as smoothly and successfully as possible!

Really enjoy renting with Flexspace. We are with Leah & Danny at the Deeside branch and they have always been helpful & supportive and made the whole process easy. We have several workshop units & an office and we're happy with all and if there are any issues they get sorted asap :)

From start to finish the use of a FlexSpace storage unit was fast and simple. The facility to access the storage unit 24/7 is great. No key to worry about as the electronic lock is opened by an app on your phone for access to the building. I have had no issues getting to my unit in the year I have had storage with FlexSpace and any time I have contacted them they have responded on the same day. I would recommend FlexSpace for your storage needs any time.

Needed storage space near Ellesmere Port... Urgently! Found a Flexspace unit that offered location, size and cost that ticked the boxes. Challenge was getting the deal over the line in time for our container delivery. The request to Leah seemed unrealistic but she was determined to do a deal. She gave me the confidence she would deliver and she did. Leah was there with the keys and a smile on Monday morning as agreed. Amazing service. Truly appreciated. Thank you!!

I’ve been at Flexspace Ellesmere Port for over a year. Leah Whitley was extremely helpful with my initial move and with my renewal lease. Any questions or queries are about the site are dealt with promptly and professionally. The site is kept clean and for me very safe.

We moved into our Deeside unit in April 25 as we needed more floor space. The unit itself was clean, tidy and well maintained. Leah Whitley is our representative from Flexispace and she has kept us up to date with any changes to the site and has proven very helpful and accommodating with any issues we have had such as installing a 3 phase electrical supply. She often pops in to see what we are up to and make sure everything is okay and gives us advice on other companies nearby we may find useful.
One of our main concerns at the last unit was poor car parking would often restrict our collections/deliveries. At the new unit all the roads are kept free from parking so that large lorries can easily access any of the units. So far it has been a very good experience.

Having Leah on site at Flexspace has made a massive difference, it is so handy to have a contact based on site and nothing is too much trouble, Leah is extremely helpful and I would recommend Flexspace to everyone.

This is my second time renting an office with Flexspace, and once again it’s been a simple, hassle-free experience — straightforward and great value.

A special shout-out to Kim, who is always a pleasure to deal with: friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. She’s brilliant at keeping things simple and offering practical solutions whenever needed.

I've been renting a unit in Hersden for three years. As a sole trader my site manager has been fantastic and very helpful. Only would say as a sole trader and watching the budgets the phone and internet is expensive and mobile signal on the site is not very good.
Site is clean and helps we have 24/7 access .

Outstanding service from Gary Allan at Flexspace Dinnington!

We’ve been dealing with Gary Allan, the Multi Centre Manager at Flexspace Dinnington, and he’s been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Every question we’ve had has been answered quickly and in full detail, and everything Gary promised has been delivered exactly as stated.

All aspects of the contract were explained clearly and transparently — no hidden surprises at all — which really gave us confidence moving into our new storage unit today. It’s been a smooth, stress-free process thanks to his professionalism and efficiency.

We can’t thank Gary enough for his help — a real credit to Flexspace! Highly recommend both Gary and the company. 👏

I spent several weeks trying to find suitable storage for a number of items, which included all my camping gear.
After comparing various options Flexspace seemed to fit the bill. Professional, responsive, secure, reasonably priced, and as the name suggests...Flexible. I've switched from my original space to a larger unit. I've found all the staff to be accommodating, friendly and efficient.
I have no hesitation is recommending Flexspace to anyone wishing somewhere to store additional things, which aren't necessarily needed on a day to day basis

Unfortunately we had the displeasure of renting an office space from Flexspace in Dunfermline. I would ask all businesses to look elsewhere if sourcing a working space in Fife.

Several issues with billing, heating, plumbing, kitchen spaces etc. which were not resolved or consistently delayed. We were also consistently lied to from the mostly absent management team on top of this.

One example of during the tenancy we had warned of overflowing urinals next to us in the bathroom and this was ignored for months. This then led to an overflowing and flooding of our office with urinal water (Which was often full of urine as it did not drain). Our office was then saturated, warping skirting boards and the floor. We were then not offered any discount or a solution from the team for the disruption.

Subsequently months after this issue and many other issues we put our notice in and find Flexspace are charging us upon our notice completion with their standardized restoration fee (Over £600) (i.e. white paint and replacing carpets caused by their negligence, without any consideration of reducing this)

Please do avoid at all costs.
