I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this experience absolutely deserves to be called out.

This hair serum did serious damage to my scalp. After using it, I developed painful scabs—something I have never experienced with any hair product before. What was supposed to promote hair health ended up doing the exact opposite.

It gets worse. When I reached out to customer service, I wasn’t rude or demanding—I simply explained what happened and even offered to mail the product back so they could inspect it themselves. I was completely ignored. No follow-up, no concern, nothing.

Trying to cancel the subscription was another nightmare. The process was unnecessarily difficult—honestly, it felt almost designed to keep you stuck. It took far more time and effort than it should have just to stop being charged. And when I did manage to get through to customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive.

Between the physical reaction, the lack of accountability, and the frustrating subscription trap, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any product. I would strongly caution anyone considering this serum to think twice.

They never sent the product. Sent a million emails and DMs and even called the fake number on their website. MASSIVE SCAM. Stole my money and no reply

I never received ... They are pretexting a strike in Greece... But they do not offer alternatives, and they didn't respond anymore.
DO NOT BUY, it's FRAUD.

It's a scam, I didn't receive the item and I sent 3 emails to the company and had no response or reply to any of them. The item was never shipped! Lucky for me I paid using PayPal so was able to get a full refund. Do not purchase anything from this company they don't exist and you will receive nothing!

Paid for the product. Never received it. As a matter of fact, it was never even shipped. When I reached out to their customer service 3 times, never got a response. Thieves!! Do not buy!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I purchased a perfume advertised as a dupe of Polo Sport Woman by Ralph Lauren, and it smells nothing like the original. Instead, it has a harsh, chemical lemon scent that feels more like bathroom cleaner than perfume. The quality is very poor.

On top of that, their return policy is practically non-existent. They do not provide return labels, and when I tried to send it back at my own expense, the shipping costs were higher than what I paid for the product. When I reached out through their website chat and email, all I got was the same unhelpful response: that I must pay for shipping myself. This is an unfair and misleading practice.

Overall, this was a complete waste of money. Poor product quality and terrible customer service — I would not recommend buying from this brand.
