Easy site to approach, fast shipping but could do better with the packaging of the plants (in particular putting paper around the pot and the soil of the plant, there was soil everywhere in the box ';-) but the plants were in good condition, on the other hand my package was left outside in the rain even though I left several times on the delivery platform instructions to leave the packages in a dry and sheltered place...) The after-sales service is top notch! They provided solutions to our problem very quickly. Bravo for the responsiveness. Traduction machinelle

Fast delivery but I wish there would be a note for the recipient

Horrible! They have not shipped what I bought in two weeks. When I reached them, they mentioned out of stock and cancel the order. I am waiting the return of the money for 2 months!

Thank you for choosing such a cute little kumquat tree for me with so many fruits. It even had some beautiful young green ones. Although the shipping was delayed and caused a few broken branches and some fruits to fall off, overall I’m still very happy with it.

Ordered a 25L bag of pumice and rocks on Sunday evening and arrived Tuesday evening very well packaged! Highly recommended!

The plant is not completely healthy; it has several diseased leaves. In addition, 10 leaves were completely broken during transportation. Pachira is a plant in which any leaf that is torn off from the stem will never be replaced by a new one.

Neither the shipping company nor the felur.nl provided any status updates, so I was not informed about the day or time the plant would be delivered to me. Customer service in Europe is terrible.

Excellent experience. Lovely plants in great condition, quick service and delivery without any damage.
I ordered 4 plants and all of them arrived very well. I would highly recommend to order from here and I am myself going to order more plants from here in future

I'm very dissatisfied. My package got lost and the website didn't give me any refund.

The experience with Fleur.nl was great. I purchased a vase and a plant. The website was easy to use. They delivered the products very quickly and the quality of the vase is quite good.
The only thing I can comment is that I didn't realize they would send the live plant inside a box. I could only open the box the next day so the plant could have had problems with air. Thankfully nothing was wrong.

On the website when purchasing the delivery was promised to be fast - 2 days.
It's been a week already, still waiting. Every step in the delivery chain takes a day. They also took 2 days just to start assembling the order((

The plant arrived super healthy and beautiful! I ordered the hydro set up and I was so impressed! It is super rare to find plants in this set up already. I normally have to transfer my plants and it’s so much work. I will definitely be getting more plants from them!

Bought a couple of beautiful plant pots, one medium sized and and one really large one for my plants at home, looks even better in person. Super well packed and secure to prevent any damage and fast shipment as well.

Constant updated on delivery when delivery was restricted. Packed neatly and secured. Plants are beautiful, beyond my expectations.

I received the product quickly, even with the long New Year holidays and the bad weather. The product inside the bush (packaging) looks a bit smaller than in the pictures, but it is of good quality.

Delivery takes a bit longer(it was snowing in the Netherlands),however I was informed properly about it.
My purchase was delivered in a safe package and it looks exactly as the pictures.
