We have recently handed the property we rented back to Fleetmilne, the process took a little longer than we expected as there was some confusion regarding the status of the property when we moved in (there was no deep clean due to the first lockdown). Once this had been sorted our deposit was paid promptly and in full. All the staff have been courteous & helpful. I would recommend this company to any prospective renters out there. A big thankyou to all the staff.

Great service from these guys, they dealt with letting out my property much faster and smoother than expected, I thought I'd be waiting months during this pandemic, but with these guys it was so fast.

Experience as an owner occupier and tenant
I've previously worked with both the sales and lettings teams at Fleet Milne, most recently for the sale of my two bed apartment. The sale was successfully managed by Alex, who resolved a number of issues and managed to source a buyer during the national lockdown. A great effort given the circumstances.
I have always found the FM team to be very responsive throughout the process and each possess a real can-do attitude.
I would gladly recommend to friends and family.

Successful Experience as a Landlord....
I had two apartments let through FleetMilne. The set up of the business is highly efficient, organised and they were very quick to find the right tenants.
No vacant periods, as one moved out FleetMilne ensured another, carefully vetted tenant moved in.
Fees were always competitive and represented good value.
