Don't leave home without one. Extremely handy to have one of these. I will NEVER buy a used car without one of these with me. Saved me from buying two vehicles with a long list of serious codes. Has also save my nephew from a shop visit for what was a bad gas cap.

Actual useful features.
I admit I was a bit skeptical when I first bought this. But surprisingly it does as advertised. Having most of my family have car issues this little tool has been helpful. Still learning all it can do.

This is a fraud
This is a fraud. They appear to sell you the product, then withdraw subscription fees which you never agreed to. When I realised it upon their second annual withdrawal, I contacted them to ask for refund. They first 'could not find my email', thenrejected, that this is against their policy etc, finally agreed to refund for the second year. I never subscribed, I never used, my account in their app always showed standard features and premium was locked. In teh app, membership details, cancellation etc does not appear. They are feeding on this fraudulent scheme. How ugly. They need to be punished as a business. What a scam, what a fraud, stay away!

Missed a service light on dash, and more
I received the device Wednesday, plugged it into a vehicle with an error light (SRS) and a code in the odometer box when the car is started. The device said cooling system needed work. I retried the app after getting the oil changed, and it shows the cooling system is fine, but also missed the steering system is having issues (very difficult to turn left, but has fluid). Total waste of money.
4/3/26 Update: I just tried to cancel the "premium" membership, it gives a shaded Cancel and the only choice to click, Keep the $100 yearly membership.
