Sending my kit for assessment and returning it after repair was smooth and efficient. The online repair portal was also very good. However assessment took too long and only happened when I chased it after the required time had more than elapsed. The repair was straightforward and did not need long assessment. They probably need more technicians to meet their time commitments which, I would say, are already quite generous. But service was good.
