I have used Fitness Superstore on numerous occasions and rate them really well informed with an understanding for the individuals requirements

Lots of stock to choose from and try out in the showroom. Matt who served us was very knowledgeable and polite.
The excerise bike we ordered is ideal for the recovery its needed for.
The visit exceeded my expectations.
The only negative is they are not able to hold stock so had to wait for it to be delivered. Although it was next day delivery so no great issue.

Matt is incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Ensured I received exactly what I was looking for.

Great personalised advice and knowledgeable staff. Thanks Hugh in the Frimley branch.

High quality product well satisfied

Looked to purchase a new home multi gym. Visited the store and got good honest advice, pros and cons of the options available. Did a bit more research at home and then ordered over the phone with some other bits and bobs. Staff made sure I got the best deal available on the day (bank holiday offers), and whole process was quick and efficient. I am a repeat customer. Thank you again!!

Clear information on the website made it easy to decide which additions matched my machine. I was able to track my delivery and it cam ewhen expected.

Good advice. Good prices. Speedy delivery. Great experience.

Went in to view elliptical step trainers. The selection was pretty good and luckily had a working example of the model that was top of our list. A Sole E35.
The sales guy Matt Davies was just right - left us alone to have a good look up and down the line at the various options we had researched online, then at just the right time came over to help. Gave us a good honest briefing on the pros and cons of a few machines as well as the E35. Our delivery was made in two working days and to a spot where we wanted it. Took a while to assemble but was straightforward as Matt had advised. Very pleased with the machine and Matt’s assistance.

The staff at Camberley were very knowledgeable and helpful. One weight plate didn’t arrive with the first delivery, but this was quickly and easily rectified. The fitting team then did a swift and effective job of assembling everything, and were very user-friendly - including some help how to operate the equipment. The equipment itself was also well priced. In overall terms, I have been very impressed.

From walking into the store and the Elite multifunction equipment in my garage the experience has been 5 stars. From meeting Nicole in the Frimley Camberley store and Norton organising my installation to Karl fitting the equipment the service has been great. Highly recommended.

I visited the Camberley store as I wanted to purchase some equipment for my sons. We were really lucky to be helped by Matt. He was extremely helpful and helped us choose a treadmill and multi gym. We didn't feel rushed at all and Matt was really friendly and offered great advice. The equipment was delivered and installed much faster than anticipated and the delivery team were fabulous.

Efficient. Kept me informed on the progress of my order
