All the customer service agents are helpful and wonderful in their investigative methods to help. Sanjeev Kumar in particular helped me with connection issues and made the whole process super quick while resolving the issue. Please give him a promotion if possible! :)

I've been with First Tech since before they were First Tech ( Addison Avenue) in 1998. I have tried other banks like ICCU, and US BANK while maintaing accounts with First Tech. The friendly service, features available on their phone app and website, are why I stay. Their no nonsense approach to treating your money as your money, such as not debiting your account until the charge clears at the seller, balance protection without fee for overdraft when you have an attached savings account. The First Tech office in Eagle, has Very personal approach to dealing with customers. If Jaime at the front deck hands you off to a specialist, you sit and have a chat in a private room to conduct your business. They are very thorough to be sure you are you before handing over money. After trying the other banks, First Tech is a STAR performer.

I am a German expat in the US and was very happy that First Tech Fed proved to be such a great partner in building a life in this new environment. Both contacts at First Tech Fed (Jake Stone in setting up my bank account while still being in Germany and Amjad Marri in finalizing everything upon arrival in the US) were equally helpful and supportive and simply nice to work with.
