I called the Hillsboro Oregon (Cornell) branch to help get my debit card activated. I was helped by Alyssah Schafer. She was excellent! She was clear, concise and had me set up in no time. She asked if I were interested in other accounts and helped me to set up an account with me being the primary member. She is a bonus to your organization.

Recently, my checking account was compromised, and the team promptly assisted me in opening a new account, transferring funds, and issuing new debit cards. The representative, Queenie, was great: she was super knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, and responded with several excellent options to maximize the returns from our deposits. Even though we took longer than our scheduled appointment, she never made us feel like it--she took a personal interest in making sure we made the most of our situation.

Lorraine was great - was able to update CD options and Beneficiary additions. She was also very personable and eager to help.

The customer service was great from one person to the next, never any drop off. In some instances I’d say they went above and beyond.

Queenie was engaging, professional and efficient while helping me successfully navigate a dispute over a fraudulent charge on my checking account. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Notmally use mortgage broker and went with my own bank and couldn’t be happier. Process was simple. No excruciating long forms to fill out and almost everything done on line. Mobile signing with appointments well into the evening with only a couple hours notice based on my schedule not theirs and a location of my choosing was the final touch. Start to funding was about 3 weeks. Highly recommend.
