All of the folks at First Tech were great as they helped me set up a CD ladder. At first, I didn't think we would be able to do it, as I had specific requirements that didn't fit with the current First Tech offerings. Leah, a First Tech financial services rep, listened to my needs and agreed that the products I was looking at didn't quite meet my requirements, but asked if she could look into it and get back to me. Leah brought Christopher Ray into the discussion, who, in no time flat, listened to the problem, identified a solution that exactly met my needs, and completed the necessary paperwork. No muss or fuss, and no upsell, just great service.

After 5 years and through COVID, my RMD was finally taken out on time. I did have to ask for some additional information, but hopefully this will be the last year I need to ask about it until I need to change my withholdings! Started in 2019 with my first RMD and went fine. Then COVID hit and unbeknownst to me, no RMDs were taken during 2020. Next 4 years were issues.
