I am extremely sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order for the Garmin strap. We take customer service extremely seriously and always aim to resolve all issues.
As this was sent for next day delivery a couple of weeks ago, we are looking into this as a matter of urgency. I’m afraid we were unaware that you had not received it until now. From the tracking I can see that it was handed over to a person on 10th July by the courier. We have requested GPS coordinates of that delivery to further understand what has happened here.
As a smaller online retailer we rely on positive customer experience in order to continue our business. If there is anything we can do to improve your rating of the company, please do not hesitate to let us know.
