A good service on the phone
I spoke to a very pleasant and helpful member of staff who was very patient when when I had forgotten my bank code for paying and helped me through the process.
He repeated words that I hadn't heard correctly and explained things where necessary. A good service.

Great customer service
The advisor, Curtis, who I spoke to with regards to a renewal quote was very helpful and professional. Prompt service, called back exactly when he promised to do so. Policy cancelled in the end but purely due to the price.

Nathan should get a raise.
Nathan provided a legendary customer service experience. Never have I ever spoken to a sales rep so quickly yet so resoundingly concisely. Nathan made sure every detail was understood, reiterating anything I needed clarification with. At no point did his candor slip, even when I had reservations on pricing or needled details on cancellation policies. The entire call was accompanied by quick wit, professional clarity and was delivered with unwavering confidence. The insurance terms are good and agreeable but Nathan specifically deserves recognition for a silver tongue and rapid problem solving. He should be an example to others.
Additionally, At no point did I feel under pressure from predatory sales tactics, I wish Nathan had rep'ed every sales call I've had to make today.
