Ordering was a breeze, was packaged well and with care. My partner absolutely loved it, frame is beautiful. I ordered it in early fall to have it before Christmas as a gift and it arrived on time and I was able to track the package as well as the delivery driver was willing to work with our schedules so that it wouldn't be left unattended for a period of time (we also may have just gotten lucky with that).
What really did it in for me was recently receiving an email asking if we were satisfied and looking into any updates/questions we may have as well as offering to look into other memorabilia for us. We did have questions on which specific players signed our jersey and they immediately applied willing to help us gather that information.
I will for sure be looking at them again in the future for different things to add to our collection.
