We are an independent tabletop games retailer with over 15 years of experience. We have 6 stores based in Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend and Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales, Swindon and Gloucester. Cardiff is based within a 5 minute walk from Cardiff Central Station. Situated inside the South Wales Gaming Centre which has over 70 gaming boards and a licensed bar, the ideal venue for you to play and meet like-minded gamers and build on the ever growing gaming community in South Wales. Our Newport store is situated inside Tesco Extra in Newport Retail Park, perfect for buying milk and Space Marines in one shop! Bridgend and Merthyr are high street store as are Swindon and Gloucester. All stores have designated organised play space. All six stores support all of the major table top board games, card games, miniatures games and more... Come down and see us, we are not just the place to buy, but the place to play!

First class experience
First class experience - was apprehensive to start with as only came across them through google search of a product - ordered one item to start with and the communication was superb and arrived as expected so went and ordered several items literally a couple of days after first again spot on and the communication is first class - will definitely be using them again

I went into firrstom Swindon Friday…
I went into firrstom Swindon Friday with a few of my mates and the staff was so rude accused me of being a scalper when I asked is there any Pokémon packs. I was also informed that they are working closely with a store in Swindon that has allegations of reseals packs and selling at eBay price for their seal. I don't know about Cardiff and I've heard great things, but Swindon needs a change.

Hi TJ, thanks for your comments. We have full CCTV in the Swindon store and having trawled through it I can't see or hear anything that relates to your comments above. If you could reach out to us directly with a specific time we can review further. Regarding us working closely with another store, you have been mis informed. We have no commercial links with any other stores in Swindon or the wider area. We did play an inter store Pokemon challenge with a local store recently which is what I think you may be referring to? This was a group of our regulars who challenged another stores regulars, nothing sinister about that, just the local community trying to have a bit of fun. Victor Corpse Bride Figure
The figure arrived the next day when it was suppose to take over a week which one was good. The process for buying was simple and easy to understand. The only downside is that the company they used to post mine did not knock or ring the doorbell at all and was only found later on when we had to take the dog out and found it. Luckily it hadn't been taken or damaged.

Purchased a game published in 2024 that is now extremely rare. The game was excellently priced. Seller communication was great all round. Well packaged in cardboard, bubble wrap and black plastic the game box arrived in perfect mint condition and well in accordance with the delivery schedule. Very pleased with purchase. Firestormgames is now on my list of go to places for games and gaming accessories, will definately purchase from this company again, and highly recommend.
