Very good service customers
A very good online bank

I am a big fire.com fan. Fast, reliable and fair pricing.

We are with Fire Business. They seem to have a great Customer Support.

If you know what you need, Fire can be an asset even though they don't dole out their accounts to everyone like candy.

I work with Fire.com since 2017. The bank fees are low, the customer service is responsive and the online banking is secure. I definately recommend their service !

Great customer service, great interface

This is the second business I have used Fire for and their user experience on their mobile and web app is very good and their support is both quick & enthusiastic I contrast my AIB experience (which has consistently been negative for the 11 years I have used them) to business banking with Fire which has been a positive experience. This is what business banking should look like: Simple to use, quick support, no drama

Disappointing user experience. Not the smoother well developed products coming from competitors. It doesn't feel or look like any time went into the design or how it's used. Tried to give feedback to this and was ignored.

Whenever I have an issue (which is not often) the customer service response from Fire is amazing and puts my personal banking provider to shame. Highly recommended and extremely happy with my choice to make them my company bank account provider

This company is a load of scamers they tell u that your loan was approved and then look for 180 euro Handley fee when u pay it u get ace mail looking for 199 euro for insurance or the loan wond be released it's a scam stay away from them ther won't even return my 180 euro after they say it wood be total scamers if u new about it y did yous not do aney thing about it I was rob and have Notting left to buy food for my kids they will not have dinner now till I try get money for food

When I needed my bank statement very urgently, I was very surprised to receive it promptly. I whole heartedly recommend.

Much easier to open a business account that the mainstream Irish banks, solid support when needed, secure and good functionality in web and app clients.

Applied for a loan got approved . They asked pay money for documentation 104euros i paid them . They asked to pay tax fee i paid the 150euros . They told me i will receive the loan on that day and I never received ...

First time I experience a bank reducing their fees because of proper, successful management !! Never had to complain....the only regret I have is for money transfers outside the SEPA area....did find any alternative solution....but was complicated
