We originaly had our kitchen from Fine Finish 13 years ago and decided it was time for a change so we went back to them to arrange a redesign and paint. The team were very professional and patient, there was no rush to finalise our choices and when we started the refit they took every care to ensure everything went smoothly with minimum disruption.

Fine Finish have designed and managed our recent kitchen installation. From the design through to completion we have received an excellent service. Communication was good, always responsive to emails or phone calls. The team really listened to how we wanted to use the kitchen, came on site to look and get a feel for the space and then generated an idea that my partner and I both loved.
As with every project there were hiccups during installation but I can say the team went above and beyond to sort these out. The care and attention to detail was excellent.
We would highly recommend them for a project.

I decided to have my kitchen built by FFF as my mum was having hers done (after recommended by a friend) and we were both really impressed with the quality of everything so far in her process.

Rachel was absolutely fantastic in her work. My kitchen is not very big and she still managed to design a layout that had everything in it I wanted, and then some! Her attention to detail was second to none and was always one step ahead of me with my questions. She was patient with my design choices, very informative and her communication was fantastic from beginning right through to the end.

Unfortunately they did have to delay the original fit due to unforeseen circumstances, but they kept me informed and were very accommodating and in hindsight, worked out better!

The build was very smooth and easy. The builders (and all tradespeople sourced) were fantastic, friendly and helpful and everything was completed to a very high standard and attention to detail was there too. They were all courteous, tidy and respectful to the house. Everything was completed to schedule and there wasn't a single delay!

The aftercare I've received too is faultless and I feel confident that even if in a few months/years down the line, they will happily assist where necessary.

The quality of the kitchen is incredible. Everything is made to a very high standard and all appliances sourced externally are all very good quality too. The whole project definitely came in over budget, but absolutely worth it.

I would happily recommend FFF to anyone and they would definitely be my next port of call for any future projects. I literally cannot fault them!

The team have worked with us for the last 2 and a half years through our home renovation project and I'm so pleased and proud of what they have helped us to achieve. Their work has included a fitted dressing room, office, media walls, boot room, understairs wine cupboard and more.

They have been a pleasure to deal with, coming up with practical and aesthetic solutions along the way and working with us to help us achieve our desired outcome. Their bespoke designs have enabled us to discreetly hide various services behind furniture whilst still allowing access where needed. This wasn't always easy but they made it work for us!

Andy, Rachel and Michael have been a great team, very professional, communicative and took care and pride in all their work.

We hired Fine Finish in 2022 to alter and re-spray our built-in wardrobe. The excellent standard this was done to led us to contact them to re-spray and slightly modify our kitchen units, along with building a bespoke larder cupboard.
Once again this has been done to a high level of craftsmanship with every detail catered for. Praise to all their staff; Rachel for her design ideas (and infinite patience as we changed our minds or thought of something else!), the build quality of the larder, the spraying done on-site and in the workshop and the fitters who worked with such great care.
Overall, we absolutely love our "new" kitchen

From start to finish, Fine Finish provided an excellent service. Rachel's design made the most of our kitchen space and she made lots of suggestions we had not even thought about. When it came to the kitchen being fitted, everything ran smoothly and within the timescales Rachel had given us. Mark, the fitter, did an incredible job with such a brilliant eye for detail. All of the tradespeople we used were excellent and everything was carried out to a very high standard. The end result is a really beautiful kitchen that we absolutely love. We would highly recommend Rachel and the whole team at Fine Finish Furniture. They all did an exemplary job.

This is the second time we have used Fine Finish - they completed a kitchen installation for us 8 years ago. Our recent experience was equally good - from design by Rachel and Jenna to installation by Michael of our master bedroom. Plenty of time taken on the design to ensure we were happy with all the details. Thanks also to Laura for help with colours and overall look and feel of the bedroom. Michael was a hard worker and the installation was completed efficiently within a week with very little mess or disturbance. The end product is high quality and everything was delivered as expected.

The finish of the wardrobes is great. The work was completed to time once started.

In November we had our utility room re-fitted to match the kichen which we had fitted the previous year. As before, everything we wanted to achieve was accomplished with the minimum of fuss and clockwork precision. Genna, guided by Rachel, oversaw the management of the installation. It was Genna’s first project on joining the company, and both made it an enjoyable ad hassle-free experience for us. We couldn’t recommend this company more highly.

Thanks to Fine Finish we have a kitchen we love. Rachel deserves our first mention. She is an extremely good designer; no detail was too small. Every unit in the kitchen and utility was carefully explained prior to installation so that we knew exactly what to expect. At every stage we were asked if we were happy with everything and minor details mentioned were remembered and amended. Michael, the fitter, is very good and Andrew also did a great job. The behind-the-scenes people also ensured a smooth operation. We would definitely recommend this company.
