New Fila site I've never seen before, Fila Ireland, went to buy boots on it and never received them...got a couple of emails back and fourth about my order because tracking number wouldn't work on China post..after a while they stopped responding back to me..thank god it was through PayPal went to enquire about the payment company it went to.. PayPal didn't even respond to me they just gave me a refund straight away and I mean straight away..must be common enough...Fila Ireland scam site

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered on 26th November & heard nothing - the delivery timescale came & went & order said was still unfulfilled.

I chased & chased customer service to be sent a FAKE proof of delivery to say that the item was delivered to me (on the day i placed my order?!).

Finally found a contact number (01702 561263) on this site to speak to customer service to be told they don't have any stock of my item (happy to sit on my money for two weeks though).

ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Purchased a pair of Fila Core Calibration Junior trainers/sneakers from a retailer here in the UK.

Though barely worn, the soles separated from the uppers within three weeks.

Shameful that Fila are peddling such poor quality c**p. Furthermore, in making no effort to ensure that their shoes have any recyclable or degradable credentials, they're barely been out of the box before heading to landfill in our once green and pleasant land here in the UK.

I ordered a red warm up jacket from Fila Online, it was too large. I wanted an exchange. I sent the jacket back to the President of Fila Online. Since then I have not heard a thing. So they have my money and the jacket ( which I never wore, returned it in mint condition). So run, don't walk away from Fila Online....

Hello and good morning. Social media and costumer support in FILA only works out of the weekend? WTH. I bought a the SANDENAL sneakers and are small. I go to the check status section in the website and says that the number that I trying to track is incorrect, the website don't have available the chat support neither and I write then by email and the don't answer email neither..... What's going on FILA only works out the weekend? My order number is 03959186....

I couldn't get help to send my daughter's shoes back for a different size because their customer service didn't won't to hear nothing they didn't want to hear tried to contact everyone and they didn't care will never buy from Filas again or recommend them to anyone

My name is Duy Luu, and I want you to be well informed in regards to my experience with Fila’s products. Scroll to the bottom for TLDR.

I bought a huge Fila haul because of a Fourth of July weekend sale, and wanted to give Fila a try because I saw some interesting products. I can testify that Fila’s quality in craftsmanship is very questionable. The website is not informative on some sizing dimensions which made ordering difficult. This is very important for online shoppers. Usually, when a retailer does not offer detailed sizing information, it’s a red flag. Anyway, I really wanted to give Fila a shot anyways.

I bought the Parth shorts and Pelle crew shirt and it had yellow logo material on the sides that has melted edges which is rough to the feel. The drawstring on the shorts had cheaply painted gold aluminum crimps that were glued on-top of the actual crimp. That gold crimp came off in one washing and revealed the glue underneath. The wind pants was two sizes too large in the waist, leading me to think that the pants size is inconsistent with the Rigel jacket. The drawstring on the pants didn’t help. The length of the pants was so long that it was unwearable because the Vega windbreaker pants should stop at the ankle like joggers (as pictured on the model), but it was about 8 inches too long. The design of the Rigel jacket that goes with the pants had removable sleeves and it has a hood that can be tucked in the collar. Well, the one velcro in the middle of the collar doesn’t keep the hood inside the collar from coming out from the sides. The Renno shoes I got were okay. I haven’t worn them that much. The Arcturus Tee synthetic material is strange. It’s like putting on a stretchy and unbreathable latex shirt. Not performance feeling.

The only thing that I really loved out of the entire haul was the gold Gustus jacket, which I received many compliments from.

TLDR: The questionable construction and inconsistent sizing left me thinking that the company hasn’t put much thought in regards to quality but they try to make trendy 80s and 90s pieces that sell at prices that are unreasonable, even at sale prices. Also, Fila does not allow product review on their site. It’s hard to learn customer experiences with product sizing or quality. Huge red flags. Beware!

Ordered bike shorts (2) on-line. The money went immediately but no confirmation from Fila, I kept sending emails asking for one. They never responded. The $75 shorts finally came but were not quality shorts so I returned them (2), and their return slip shows 2. Paypal contacted me today saying Fila had refunded me, HALF. Reported it to Bank and Paypal, more waiting. Covid got us accustomed to on-line shopping. WE NEED TO STOP

Wow! I thought it was just me... wished I had read reviews before I bought from FILA.com. So to start; if you order from secondary store, i.e Amazon Ebay Zappos Sears there are NO issues with Fila order. But if you order from FILA there are many issues and No customer support. I got a property from amazon in 3 days. Ordered from FILA.com took 3 1/2 weeks. If you ordered shoes via your bank and no response or money return then you report it as FRAUD with your bank and keep emails receipts the bank will return your money. I keep having those types of issues with XBOX. The bank will return $$$ but need proof of issue or it will be charged again later. Well guys fool me once.... NEVER AGAIN. Champs & Foot Locker ONLINE are the same. Don't use no customer support after purchase.

Look I really thought FILA was a very reputable company and feel very disappointed in your handling of business practices. After reading the reviews I see you have no regard for your employees. I should have noticed something when I saw no customer service direct phone numbers. I really would like my merchandise or a TOTAL refund

I ordered shoes for my two kids and I and I received everything pretty quickly! Ordering online was easy, I received all of the confirmation emails and the shoes are nice.

When I wear this show and came back my feet hurts so much because the shoe CUT MY FOOT'S SKIN OFF

I ordered a pair of high-top food service work shoes from their site, because I have ankle problems and need the extra support. The only problem is that the safety treads on the bottom of the shoes started wearing off within only SEVEN times wearing the shoes, less than 40 hours total of wear. I emailed them to ask for a refund or an exchange. Their exchange process takes 4-6 weeks and could possibly end up with them denying me an exchange if they decide that the wear on these shoes is my fault, and they only give refunds on unworn shoes! That's $65 straight down the drain, just for wearing the shoes for less than a full time week's worth of pay! I will not be ordering from this site OR this company again.

I purchased a pair of Fila mid-price range sneakers to wear in Florida on a winter vacation. Within one week of normal wear on dry, paved surfaces (no sand/no water) the soles started to separate from the uppers on both shoes starting at the toe. By the end of the week, they were completely separated and though appearing brand new, were no longer attached. Visible inspection of the underside of the canvas and the upper surface of the sole showed no evidence of any residual bonding. Their customer service department was unresponsive to any of my attempts to contact them for explanation or remedy. Too many other brands available to ever purchase a Fila sneaker again.

I returned my purchase using all the indications on the website. I did not get refunded. I provided Customer service FILA Europe proof of my return and with the return tracking number. no refund provided because the purchase was lost during the transfer. IT IS NOT A COSTUMER'S PROBLEM.

Well, i ordered shoe from FilaUSA site and i been charged for $120 a week ago, I entered my shipping address and personal information correctly, at this same time when i placed my order I hadn’t been informed yet via email, to make sure that i made a purchase like any other online store and so on. I tried to communicate and reach to them but their responses were always about that " My order is cancelled and my item can’t be ship to you, they suggest me to reorder again" what’s going on!

I tried to make sure why my order status is already cancelled by itself and tried to discuss about the refundable policies and they never email me back again! And I don’t know what to do 😞

EDIT: After i reached to them many time, they informed me that since my order its cancelled by itself, no process were charged. I truly sure that I’ve been charged and i called my bank and they told me I’m totally charged $120. I sent them my bank transaction, and the payment method and even my order confirmation detail that I found at my spam mail folder.

Well I ordered a men's size 12 Naples shoe. It was a ack sized 12 men's shoe. I received a women's sized 8 pink and white shoe!!! I mean...not even close, and the worst part is they don't do exchanges. The invoice clearly stated the shoe I was supposed to get but I guess they have a bunch of downtown drunks working for them..in a word....pissed!!!

This site filacanada.ca is not Fila, despite what it says, and customer service is literally nonexistent.
If you take a few minutes and read the other reviews, and even go in to the site and click on something and start reading you'll see the grammar is wrong or off:
"When the order has been placed successfully, an automatically e-mail"...things like that. This is a scam/spoof/fake site. Do not order from this site. You have been warned. They will take your money, not send you anything, and ignore you.

Automatically changes the language to the country of your IP address! Unavailable to change it back to English! Sucks!

Attention Filacanada.ca. I ordered a shoes and it NEVER ARRIVED! They took my money thru paypal but when I went to the site to my account, my order is still PENDING and i dont understand why in the earth I have 9 PENDING ORDER! yes you read it right, 9 pending order which I only ordered 1 items! Can someone explain it to me why my order is still pending but they already took my money? I tried to email the customer service I never got a respond!
