Over priced re-seller in spain pretending to be the real site - tickets are 40€ each more than the actual price. You do not realise until the confirmation comes though that it is vai a re-seller and not offical - AVOID!

Avoid. Reseller with high markup for no additional value.
Avoid. Go to the official Alcazar de Seville site instead. Their business model exists to trick people pressed for time or not paying enough attention to mark up the tickets. Although it does say on the site that they’re a third party reseller, and in small print it says the true ticket price, they’re counting on people not paying enough attention. You probably found them on a sponsored ad at the top of Google to fool you into paying them at a markup rather than the official site. Sadly we were distracted and they got us because we didn’t do our due diligence, but I’m placing this as a warning to help others. The tickets are genuine, but the 2.5x markup adds no value. Pay €15 from the official site instead. There is an audio guide for free in the Alcazar.

I bought tickets for the Museo del Prado in Madrid.
They sent to my email the wrong tickets under the name of another person.
Support is not useful and not willing to solve their mistakes.

Great tour
After reading the reviews of this company I was very nervous. However had a great tour of the Real Alcázar today.
Ruben our guide was knowledgeable and made the tour fun and informative.
Once the tour had finished we could spend further time wandering around at our leisure.

Disappointing experience — paid for a guided tour but never received one
We booked a guided Alhambra tour with Feel the City Tours and unfortunately never actually received the guided tour we paid for.
Before the tour, we were not given a precise meeting location or clear information identifying who our guide would be or how to recognise them. We arrived approximately 20 minutes early and asked around trying to locate the guide, but no guide appeared.
More concerningly, the guide did not wait for us or attempt to contact us. When we contacted Feel the City Tours for assistance, we were initially told that the guide was with our group. They even named one of the people supposedly with the guide — except that person had not come to the Alhambra with us. This made it very difficult to understand how they could be confident that we were with the guide.
Eventually, with assistance from the official Alhambra ticket office, we were able to obtain our entrance tickets and enter independently. We continued trying to resolve the issue with Feel the City Tours while visiting the site.
We were subsequently told to meet the guide at the Nasrid Palaces entrance at a designated time. We went there and waited for another 20 minutes. Again, no guide appeared.
What was particularly disappointing was the company’s response afterwards. Rather than acknowledging that we had paid for a guided tour and had received no guide at all, they suggested they had been “nice” by continuing to try to help us locate the guide. They also claimed that our delay had been caused by us not having our passports. This was untrue.
In the end, we paid approximately four times the standard Alhambra entrance price for what was supposed to be a guided experience, yet received no guided tour. Thankfully, the official Alhambra staff helped us obtain our tickets so that we were at least able to visit independently.
For a tour at this price point, I would expect clear meeting instructions, an identifiable guide, an attempt to contact guests who supposedly haven’t arrived, and appropriate assistance when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, none of those things occurred.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Feel the City Tours for an Alhambra guided visit.
*Update in response to FTCT reply. Totally agree that guests should arrive at “the designated meeting point at the scheduled time” which is why we arrived early at the very vague location that was given in our instructions and then asked about 15 different guides and officials where we could find you, and their response was ‘are Feel the City still operating??’ If you don’t plan to make any effort to locate your guests, provide better meeting instructions.

The guide did not show up
The guide did not show up. I called to the customer service, they trying to contact the guide for 20 minutes but no response, it was an enormous and expensive waste of time. They sent the tickets by email and entry in the last moment. I paid almost 300€ for 3 person and the normal price on official website is less then 100€. Thank you for ruin our day. Definetly not recommended.

Booked my tour for the Prado museum in…
Booked my tour for the Prado museum in Madrid months in advance. Got an 24 hrs email reminder. No one show up for the scheduled tour. Contacted the office, they told me my tour was booked for November. Forwarded them all my emails. They told me that it was my fault. After hours…they admitted it was their clerical error. Going back to using GetMyGuide.

Misleading and scam agent
I booked through their website for the Tower of London on 04/10/2026 at 09:00 AM（Booking ID 8985722496).
However As per the official Historic Royal Palaces (Tower of London) schedule, the Tower opens at 10:00 AM on Sundays.
I could not make it due to my other schedules after this tour, and they are providing incorrect operating hours constitutes misrepresentation and breach of contract under Consumer Protection Regulations.
