Service is awful
Service is awful, no communication, had to chase them continually. First order was late, then went awol, and didn't turn up.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered. I got nowhere, order not even dispatched after promised delivery date, I then chased twice, and couldn't be given any dates for dispatch. Eventually cancelled the second order. Complete waste of time.

A Fantastic First Experience with Feel Good Contacts
I've had a great first experience with Feel Good Contacts. After placing my order, I realised I wanted to change both the product and the quantity (and I know that probably made me a bit of a difficult customer!).
Many customer service agents might have been frustrated by such a request, but Ayush was incredibly polite, patient, and professional throughout. He handled my request very quickly, clearly explained the refund process for the price adjustment, and made sure I ordered the correct product and quantity.
The whole experience was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Feel Good Contacts and would like to thank Ayush for his excellent customer service!

I made a mistake and duplicated my order, within a short time I was contacted by customer service who asked if I'd accidentally ordered twice.
Once I confirmed this they promptly arranged a refund.
