I got scammed by this company too. When I called their phone number (877) 780-9640 all I get is a recording to leave my number to be called back. I tried to look up their web sight and it said the name domain was for sale. I guess you can't trust anyone.

I can't believe I got scammed by this company, when actually trying to purchase from valid EWTN Catalog. Somehow while I was searching for miraculous medal I inadvertently got switched over to The Faythco where I found the medal and used my Visa Debit card and got charged over 40 dollars for product plus shipping. I tried calling the number which shows up on my bank account related to charges and it is a non-working number. After reading about others getting scammed I'm actually ashamed that I let myself get burned by these people. I didn't realize this company was not affiliated with EWTN Catalog!

You guys should be ashamed of yourself supposed to be a Christian organization you're nothing but a bunch of crooks. I have been charged over $70 for 2 necklaces that I was only supposed to pay shipping & handling. Return my money or I'll dispute all charges 😤

These crooks said necklace is FREE. You just pay for shipping. Which they charged me 8.99. Now I noticed they charged my credit card 50.00?? What the hell. Now I'm reporting this as fraud. Putting a stop on my credit card. This was not approved. I called left a message. Surprise no call back. Hiding behind Faith!! Low life crooks. Amazon sells the same necklace. Free shipping & cheaper. Stay away from them.

I made one purchase for a necklace and after that purchase they charged my credit card $14.95 every month without my authorization. They claimed I signed up for a free trial and then it automatically billed after that, but there was no communication at any point about this supposed free trial. When I emailed them requesting a refund they never got back to me. Nobody has ever picked up the phone when I called either. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

They have been taking money out of my account for months. It's my fault I didn't catch it sooner. I can't believe they use faith as a cover to take your money. They never call you back & never answer your call. Karma is great though.

I purchased 5 sterling silver "FAITH" necklaces and one ring after seeing a Facebook advertisement from this company. Ever since then they have been charging my credit card $14.99 on the 14th of every month and marking it as a purchase even though I have never received anything else and ordered only once. Their website is spelled different making it difficult to find their contact information: US.FAYTHWEAR.COM even though they use the "e" when charging my credit card. I never agreed to any type of membership or what they call their "Faith Club" when I completed my purchase. They did not have permission to use my card more than once.

These people are bad they take your money and you never see the product customer service sucks

I ordered a necklace from them that should have been less than $9. At the end, they offer several more jewelry items, and I declined each one, I know, for a FACT! Imagine my horror when I looked at my bank account, and found they had charged me almost $60! I called them several times, left messages, and finally got hold of a person. I told her what happened, and asked her to fix it and just send me the one necklace I wanted. She said she was sorry, but she couldn't do anything about it. I offered to send all of the jewelry back, but she said I couldn't, and there was nothing they could do about it. They sent me, and charged me for all of the jewelry I had declined. I am now working with my bank to have the charge reversed. THEY CLEARLY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!! THEY ARE A FRAUD, CLAIMING TO BE A CHRISTIAN COMPANY, YET SMEARING THE NAME OF JESUS!!!
ps: the size of the cross I did want, was entirely too small, and looks cheap.

BEWARE FAYTHE JEWELRY ARE SCAMMERS. They take your card number, short your merchandise and continue to charge you monthly. Their jewelry is NOT 925 SILVER. They do not return their calls or emails. Cancel your card, it is the only way to stop the charges. These people are preying on Christians.

I'd give them a negative 3 digit number if I could!!! They continue to charge my account even though they shorted me a whole necklace.

There shouldn’t be any star! I ordered 5 necklaces and two rings in December 26, they arrived a month after , poor quality! Then I was charged 40$ In January, and again 40$ in February! Please help and tell me how to contact this company , phone or email? I may need to close down my credit card because of this! It’s a scam, crooks victimizing Christian peeps with good intentions . Am feeling stupid as to why I purchased these and embarrassed too! Please help !

Firstly the jewellery is terrible quality and second they take money from your account monthly without letting you know you have signed up for a monthly subscription.
They disguise themselves as an christian organisation to trick people into buying their products.
Buyer beware.

I'm being charged 14.99 a month for a membership I never signed up for

Approx 1yr ago I got the silver nail cross. Absolutely LOVE it. However it was advertised not to tarnish. I wear it 24 hrs a day. Never take it off except to shower. I just realized its starting to tarnish. My heart is broken. I only wish things would have been different. I love the design. Heartbroken.😢

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! Don’t fall for the “free, just cover shipping” bit. After your initial purchase they’ll charge your credit card $59.90! They operate under the guise of a Christian company, but thieves are far from Christian. STAY FAR AWAY from these CROOKS! And unless they make this right, I’ll post this same review everywhere that I can find to post it. Oh, and by the way, the crap jewelry sucks as well. Finish came off the cross within a week!

I placed a few orders of necklaces, rings and t-shirt. All jewelry was excellent quality, especially for the price. My friend loved the t-shirt i got for her. Customer service was great with refunding when I accidentally signed up for an AASN discounts network when they had a special with a ring purchase. The full refund was made to my account in just 4 days. Ashley was very helpful

It's a scam, overcharged and taking money every 10 days. There is no way the necklaces are worth what they have taken!

This is a scam company, I have tried numerous times to get the to stop tacking out 19.95 now for about six months, they have yet to do anything. I am call my back today to stop payment out of my account. I hope they call me and ask me why, they are like a timeshare easy in, hard out.

I placed an order in September 2021 and was to be charged a one time payment of $14.95. Unfortunately my husband wasn't aware of this and kept paying the $14.95. I tried reaching out to the faythe email address asking for a refund and to get the charge stopped. Email was undeliverable so this email is fraudulent. I had to contact the credit card company to get this company blocked from placing any future charges. I do like the necklace but the company is committing fraud so I would advise not doing business with them.
