I really didn't want to even give them a 1 but had to in order to write a review. This co is garbage . They charged me for an item i never got. Was in conversation with them many times regarding it.Never resolved. They said it was delivered on a Sunday night at 8:30
Who does that!!!!!!! Now last month and again today i am charged $19.95 for what???. I really resent the fact that they are repre senting being a Christian Co. I hope people read reviews before doing business with them.

Purchased 2 cross pendent necklaces and then was later charged and additional $2 and some change and also charged $19.95 for something else that I didn't buy now I'm in here trying to figure out how to get my refund on what I didn't purchase

Ordered two rings in the "free" promotional offer...just pay shipping. Was later charged $19.95. Scam. Do not trust this company.

I ordered 2 rings, paid for them, and received them. At that point, I assumed we were done. But, then I get a $ 19.95 charge on my bank account?????!!!!! For what? It took quite a while to get in contact with them. I told them that they better refund the money and cancel whatever mess of a purposeful mistake that they made that would cause them to charge my account! They said they would, so we shall see! It figures that the one time that I didn’t look at company reviews, I get scammed…and shame on them for saying that they are a Christian company! Jesus is watching all of you that work at this company and you should know what your fate is…despicable behavior!

I purchased three rings from them. Within a week one ring started turning green and dying my finger.
I took it off and counted it as a loss. THEN my credit card starts being billed charges I didn't approve. I can't get anyone on the phone - the number on my credit card just goes straight to a voicemail. I also have no email receipts showing approved charges.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is a total scam do not buy from here I tried to get the shipping only necklace and I tried to back out I didn't even confirm my order and they charged my card 31.01.

Jewelry is great. Did have additional $14.95 appear a month later, but received refund promptly after contacting Faythe customer service. Fee was from add on purchase.

Saw an ad for free cross nail necklace. Paid shipping now I'm being charged a membership fee that I never agreed to. I filed a dispute with my bank against Faythe. They should have made it clear about membership with the company. I left faythe a voice mail instructing them to to refund my money or I'd press charges with the police for internet fraud. I feel that they are scammers and misrepresent a real Christian company.

Faythe.com is just out for stealing money from the trusting public by is biblical scripture. This company charged me for alleged "FREE SHIPPING!!!" I called customer service and they "promised" and swore to me... and I quote, "we're not like that," "we don't work that way."
I say, do not fall for their sweet talk!!!

I ordered 4 nail cross necklaces about a month ago. Now they are charging my cc $19.95 a month I guess. If my money isn't back in my account by Thursday 10/7/2021 I will be filing fraud charges with the police. I've called at least 14 times, left two messages, and emailed them to no avail. Come across like Christian's, but are just scammers to try and take your hard earned money.

Same thing happened to me as others are describing here. I ordered one necklace for 9.99 and they keep charging my cc for 14.95. SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a necklace and now am being charged $14.95 for nothing!! It is 14 days after I ordered and I was already charged and paid for my order in full!

I ordered 2 necklaces last month. Now they are trying to charge me 14.95. I did not order anything else from them. This is a scam and I am turning them in to the police for fraud. I used my cash card and now cannot use it to keep them from getting my money.habe to keep it at a zero balance.

I order one necklace but am now I was charged twice in the month of September for nothing!! I will be contacting my local police department and filing fraud charges.

This company has charged our credit card several times a month going back to April 21 through September 27th. I'm filing a police report for fraud activity and filing disputes with the bank for these charges. If you dont credit my account within 5 days back to may you will here from the police. This company uses Christian values to cheat and steal from people. God will judge you.
