Horrible quality. The structure of the hamac is not for outside ! The entire structure is already all rusted after 3 months only. I badly regret my purchase. Way too expensive for such an awful quality. Never again.

Do not buy from this company!
I bought a garden table,chairs and parasol from a local distributor in the South of France. A strong wind caught the table, tipped it over and one of the parasol ribs broke. It was just two years old and out of warranty but i wished to purchase a replacement part.
I WAS INFORMED THAT THE PRODUCT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND THEY DID NOT SUPPY ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS....END OF STORY. SO A Eu 400 PARSOL HAS TO BE SCRAPPED. SHAME ON YOU!
Do not order from their website! I ordered a beanbag on 8 Dec as a Xmas present. I called on 23 Dec to enquire why it hasn’t arrived yet and was told by the customer service rep that it had been returned by UPS because they hadn’t completed the necessary commercial documents on 9 Dec. When I asked why they haven’t done so since they told me they hadn’t been notified by UPS. I asked whether they could now do it and they said they couldn’t guarantee a delivery before January because their warehouse is moving! I then asked for a refund which will take a whole 10 working days. Basically their whole operations and customer service are a mess. Don’t waste your time, I’d give them a 0 if I could!
They have no contact by phone because of Covid. Also responde late on emails. Worst service ever.
Really poor experience. Fatboy sent me the wrong item and have failed to respond to my emails requesting help to sort this out. Their customer service seems non-existent.
Website is awful, you don't have a customer's account so it is impossible to cancel online.
It also is impossible to view order history, follow up, etc.
They charge you "on order" and not "on shipping", but they have a 4-6 weeks delivery (that you find out after ordering).
I am trying to reach someone but there's noone there, phone is off (due to covid) and so are emails.
The only way to reach Fatboy is over email and they don't answer (2 weeks since my first email)
This is a scam, just ordered 2 original fatboys, would not recommend this awful customer experience to anyone.
Got a pouffe (point original) from you for my birthday (that is - it arrived two weeks late) - it was bought on your Norwegian language website and the price as the same as that of Norwegian stockist - however - to my big surprise it came with an invoice for Norwegian VAT and handling (extra NOK 358 on a price of product of 749) - in addition to the price!!
How can you justify this - charging the same as Norwegian stores (incl vat) but then charging the customer for vat and handling after delivery?! You should at a minimum deduct the Dutch VAT. Will never buy from you again!

Had write the same day to get help for return
They answer 4 days later i shut use the webside
I do it again and answer them i have done it now 3 times
Still no answer - i have a hangout i can not use. And get get not answer how to return it
