Have bought tables, lights, and rugs for garden. One light did not work and have replaced with no friction, very impressed.

The design of the Kaboom chairs is so adorably chunky. It stil makes me smile when I get a moment to look at them. All our guests adore them too. We have the a-tackle bench as well so they form a little family.

We had some trouble with two of our four Kaboom chairs. Even after the warranty expired we still got excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

Attractive design, but the Fatboy Edison the Giant turns out to be mostly about looks. The shade was already loose; after the first storm it toppled over and was a total loss. Repair costs €340, no warranty applies, and insurance pays nothing. Lifespan: one month. Design over quality. One way garbage dump

I own several Fatboy products and I’m very happy with all of them. The quality is excellent: durable, comfortable, and stylish. exactly what you expect from a premium brand like Fatboy. Even with frequent use, the products remain in great condition.

What really stands out to me is the customer service. It’s fast, friendly, and very helpful. Questions are answered quickly and clearly, and any issues are handled professionally. You can really tell they care about their customers.

They are scammers. I placed an order. The payment goes in their accounts system but the order never goes in their delivery system. So money is charged and no delivery of ordered goods.

Worst company I have ever dealt with – every one from sales team to the accounts department are full of lies after lies, false promise – one after another.
The take your money after mis selling you faulty goods, then you go through a nightmare of process to return them, and 2 months on you are still waiting for refund.
I have been chasing it every 2 days for 2 months and get told all the lies - excuses under sun and promise of it coming into account at close of business today - then tomorrow it's another excuse.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL - You are been WARNED

Bought a Bolleke Outdoor Pendant Light from a third party seller. Worked once then wouldn't charge. Seller has tried to contact FatBoy numerous times over a replacement and they don't even bother to respond.
Absolute joke and won't ever buy from this brand again.

Chinese garbage. They sell you low quality product lamzac which literly is made to be broken. The seam is stitched and not sealed at all. After a few used the stiches tear out and the air escapes. You can buy a repair kit at their own website or a new one (red flag). You can easily seal the seam with methods used in flatable subs etc but that won't make them more money. This is totally scam. If you want one, buy a cheap copy from another brand, it's the same Chinese garbage but way cheaper.

Purchased a Fatboy Rock & Roll with beanbag. The product arrived in perfect condition and took about a week to arrive, so not too bad.

The product itself is big and takes a little getting used to (adjusting the beads for the desired seating position), but I enjoy using it and have no regrets. Looking forward to some long relaxing evenings on the patio :)

Thankfully I didn't have any problems with shipping or packaging. However, I did interact with customer care before ordering and found them to be helpful and responsive.

Ordered a garden sofa set, covers and 4 lights. The he delivery date was a Monday. They delivered the boxes on the friday before when no one was home. One box was missing. Fatboy said it would be delivered on the Monday. It wasn’t. The following morning tracking updated to say it had been delivered. The fedex tracking is useless. You can’t speak to a person, it’s AI. Fatboy are zero help. There is no proof of delivery. That’s a few hundred pounds wasted and no product or help from lazy boy. I wish I had checked the reviews sooner.

I ordered 2 buggle up and 1 original point for a value of 897€.

They delivered the original point (119€) but not the 2 buggle up. The tracking says that it's delivered but it is not at all delivered and they keep telling me to ask my neighbours to see if they received it for me (which they did not).

Very poor customer support, they don't take their responsibility to ship a new parcel and deal their issue with Fedex afterward.

Very disappointing.

I'll change this review if they find quick positive outcome (I've been waiting for 15 days at this stage).

To summarize: don't count on the customer service if anything wrong happens with your order...

Great brand, but unfortunately, it is just cheap junk made in China. I purchased two Edison lamps. One stopped working altogether, and the other cuts out and is effectively useless. Do not be conned by the brand...the product is rubbish, and that is where it is going!

The warranty of our cover had just ran out, but they still offered us a new one.
Great service

I ordered 2 beanbags and only one was delivered. 4 weeks later and customer service are unresponsive and I cannot get through to a human to tell me when I will receive the rest of my order. Terrible customer service and operations. Not worth the money or the hassle.
