Thanks for stopping by! We're Fast Growing Trees, and we're America's #1 online nursery. We started selling trees in our backyard in 2005, and we still do (only now, our backyard is nearly 100 acres). We pioneered the concept of farm-to-backyard plants, and made it possible to grow happier, healthier and easier than the garden center or big box store. What sets us apart? We’re as close to the farm as it gets. Our plants are sourced from the best growers across the country, cared for by our in-house Plant Experts and shipped straight to your yard. This means you're shopping straight from the source and guaranteed (yes, we guarantee them!) fresh, thriving plants. Forget the leftovers—with us, you get first dibs on the biggest, freshest selection of privacy trees, shrubs, shade trees, fruits, flowering trees, house plants, perennials, tropicals and more, all from the comfort of your home.

I recently purchased a tree and it was dying. I contacted their "experts" twice within 30 and 60 days and was told to wait. Finally it died and I filed a claim. They were out of the same item and give me a credit for the cost, but not shipping. They said I was required to pay shipping again on any store credit, or replacement after 30 days. So basically I have to spend more money in response to a defective product. Considering how overpriced they are, I will never buy there again.

Slightly damaged tree or damaged tree is a damaged tree the excuse made by customer service when I receive a slightly damaged tree, which is still damaged. Was it protected by one year warranty here’s the problem. The FedEx had the tree sitting at the local facility for 4 to 5 days because they were packaging it up and wrapping it up in their plastic and literally chopped off a whole foot of the box so they folded the tree and on top of self damaging the trunk top of the tree and then just taped it over. I brought this up with fast growing trees and tossed to their customer service and was told that their expert said it’s just stressed. Don’t worry about it. It didn’t matter that the root ball was completely dried out. You’re covered by one year warranty. OK I should be instantly covered anyway since the tree was damaged so they wiggled around that entire conversation by this saying it is slightly damaged damage is damaged no matter how you look at it by the shipping company so they’ll probably file a claim with the shipping company to get money while sticking me with a slightly damaged tree or damaged tree. It’s still damaged either way and not what I paid for and not what was insured so pretty much you’re telling me to wait six months to a year and if there’s any signs of problems they’ll replace it you shouldn’t have to wait around. I sent them pictures showing the damage and all they could say it was slightly damaged. Damage is damage damage is damage and it’s not what I paid for so that’s your customer support.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a willow tree and some hydrangeas last year. I believe they were shipped and recieved here in Wisconsin in late May. Hell, we're still having nights of frost into June here. This spring we had freezing temps well into June. Didn't even put my garden in until July 1st. I hoped like heck this tree would leaf out, giving it into late June. It never did, so i was told I needed better photos as well as to scratch the bark to see if it was green underneath. I got that done today, and now I'm told the warranty expired May 1st. As mentioned, I don't think we recieved it until late May when it was safe to plant in Wisconsin. I will never order again and will be giving you a Google review. I wish I could post the photos of the tree. So so disappointed. I guess that's what I get for NOT buying locally.

We ordered a Miracle Berry plant im Feburary, and four months later when it did not ship, THEY reached out to me, askimg to cancel the order, saying they did not have any plants. Days later they relisted them on the site with two week lead time, just for twice the price.
Dissappointing they are so untrustworthy.
We got other plants that were acceptable, slow shipping and expensive, but they are still alive.

Bought two trees, one arrived in bad shape, sent pictures and was told it was fine. One tree is thriving the other which concerned me shows no sign of life.

I have stalled buying from Fast Tree because of price up untill now. I called to order a butterfly bush 3 gal because of holiday sale. I had a very smart lady help me with my worries and I ordered. I got a 3 yr grow or thrive warranty for less than $5. You get 1 yr free. I was given lots of info on placement, planting, 1st yr care, and we decided to delay shipping untill the current heatwave in both states.. I know the price may be a little high on some things but the inexpensive live or thrive is rare and I feel that looking for sales and finding exactly what you want is worth a try. I plan to put a follow up review maybe in September to describe shiping, size , and how my bush made it through this hot TX summer. You can try cheap and waste like I did on another couple sites on a few types of plants,or look through what Fast Tree has to offer. If like me, you want strange plants and I am going to look at ideas for spring . You can't lose. If what they advertise, you can save money by not buying cheap no garentee.Look for my fall review to give full experience. I think you will agree.

I have ordered over a dozen of different plants from Fast Growing Trees. Every single time I am so excited to watch them grow. This most recent time one of my trees arrived damaged, it was due to the shipping and handling. Customer service was so great about helping me get a replacement. I cannot wait to watch my trees grow and hopefully enjoy fruit from them in the future!

I ordered 8 Evergreen Arborvite Thuja Trees. The trees were delivered and they are beautiful. I planted them as directed however they all died within 60/days. I called customer service and emailed as I was advised to send pics of the dying trees, within a few weeks I received new trees. Again, beautiful! Their team guided me on what to do to when I planted them. I highly recommend this company!! I will be purchasing more trees and flowers in the future.

I have purchased many trees from Fast Growing Trees. All of them previously have been great. This was the first time one of my tree purchases did not survive for wherever reason. Their customer service was excellent. They replaced the tree in short order with a beautiful tree. I am very happy and highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience buying trees and using the one year replacement warranty. They recently coached me through a transplant question, 7 years after purchase!

The day I received my trees they were the size of a coffee cup. For the price I paid, I should have grew it myself. They advertise returns but refused to return it. I won't be purchasing from them in the future.

Very disappointed in the quality of what was delivered. Always go to your local nurseries. That way you’re not buying a pig in a poke, which is what happened to me.

I lived in Charlotte NC for 40 years and am very familiar with Fast Growing Trees stationed in Fort Mill, SC. Used to be able to drive on their property and pick out your tree, shrub, etc. They only just do mail orders now but the quality is the same…excellent! In the past 2 years I have ordered several fruit trees and roses from them. I’ve only had one mishap which was not their fault but the “delivery system”. Someone mishandled my box of dwarf apple trees and they arrived broken. I immediately took pictures and informed Fast Growing Trees of the problem. They quickly replaced my trees without question or hassle. I would recommend Fast Growing Trees to anyone!

I've ordered trees, bushes and pines for my yard and find them reasonably priced especially when they have sales on their products, they even replaced 2 pines and I just had to pay 10$ shipping, very happy with this company and their customer service!!

The customer service person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and gave me a good impression of the company.
