DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, they will take your money even if you pay through paypal you are not covered. They will send 1 or 2 things of your order and nothing else. They are scammers. STAY CLEAR NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Would never buy from China again after this horrible experience and I suggest you don't either.

I paid almost $400 for faster shipping. Never received my stuff until 5 weeks later. I disputed it on my account before I had gotten the order because I was nervous I wasn’t getting my items since it was way past the expected times. Finally got my stuff asked at least 10 times for the return address. They waited until my time was up for return to let me know I couldn’t return my items. THEN I still
Didn’t get a set of dresses and it’s been since FEBRUARY and I still haven’t received my refund for those.
This company is a joke, the quality is so thin and not good whatsoever. You can’t directly call them only online chat. I used this website first for my new business and completely lost $1,000! Huge risk! 10/10 DON’T RECOMMEND!!!!! I was very optimistic and hopeful that all the bad reviews I read were wrong but nope I’m just one of those people now that actually had a terrible experience!

Horrible. Cheap product, poorly sewn, does not match pictures. This is not even the worth the cheap prices. Everything purchased was crap. Seams sewn incorrectly. Their response was that you need to purchase the "premium more expensive items" I get spammed from them every day. Funny how their good reviews are all written like an ad for them and from people who have no Other reviews...how many people go out if their way to do that? Reply to response- first review I have had to write because the service is appalling and gee I do have another account that I made a purchase through. Funny how that is your typical response- you can't make customers leave reviews when we all know that is exactly what you are doing.

I am not sure how they even have the rating that they have. They advertise "look a like" picutres, but when you get the actual merchandise it looks nothing like what the picture they displayed. The fabric on a lot of the pieces was horrible and the sizing for what was suppose to be "plus size" baffled me. I tried to reach out to these people several times to work something out or get my money back. The shrugged it off like $1500 was nothing and I should get over it. I only purchased because of the reviews that I am now learning are fictitious in many cases. I was a first time purchaser... Will never purchase with them again!!!!!

Nothing I order was even close to the pictures. The men set was for boys and all swimwear I received definitely a smaller size and Nothing like the pictures horrible

This is a never again.
The quality is awful, the precies are not cheap, and the shipping times is belated. What you get is NOT what you see in the pictures. additionally, they did not have in stock what I wanted and they took more than a month to make a refund. Definitely, I would NEVER buy in this store again.

The products are not the same of the photos, the sizes are not OK, too small, I ask a "M" and it looks like is XXS. There are products missing in my order, EVERYTHING IS BAD WITH THIS! They are liars

The quality is hit and miss. Some items are good and others fall apart at the slightest touch. They take forever to respond, even during their posted working hours. Items are not in stock yet, they will allow you to make a purchase and have you waiting forever instead of just issuing a refund. I asked a million questions about the images posted and was told that the items look exactly like the pictures. Received an item that was a different color than what was expected (looked red but was actually pink) and was told to just put it on sale when all I asked was to exchange the item for a different item. Shipping is extremely too high. I will just continue looking for an affordable wholesaler with better quality.

You guys must be writing these reviews in house. I was sold on using this company permanently until my last order. I was screwed over.. and told basically just wait.. I will not be shopping with this vendor again.

After paying priority shipping, I still waited a month for my items. Once received, I noticed that some items were missing, I emailed them about it and after 1 month of waiting, I’ve still not gotten any update on the items that were missing and not refunded for.

THEN, with my second order, they let me know that some items were not in stock. I could either choose other items or get a refund. I emailed them about wanting a refund almost two weeks ago. I woke up to the same message again this morning about choosing other items when I stated almost two weeks ago that I want a refund for those items.

AND, my package has been saying “shipped” for the last week but tracking details can’t be viewed.

So disappointing and disheartening for young entrepreneurs like myself.

There customer service is terrible. They provided shipping dates on site but took more than a month. If you're looking to ensure great quality for you customers, like Fashion nova or Pretty Little Thing, this is not the place. The pictures on the site are misleading. The clothing size are not up to standards. Some Items were way to tight for a small or way to large for a small. I am currently trying to return the items and they are giving me a hard time. Definitely will never order here again after finding better options.

Yeah don’t buy wholesale from here. Less than half of my order was actually decent quality. I’ve been writing somebody for about 3 weeks through the chat on the app with only 1 response per day. I’ve been trying to return my order and they can’t seem to grasp that concept. They keep talking about items that I was refunded for already that they were out of stock of. I am so frustrated and wish I never ordered with them, because now I have found a better vendor with better quality. Their pictures are not the same as the actual clothing. Shipping takes forever and is very expensive. JUST DONT SHOP HERE, save yourself the headache.

I Have been on a search to find a new vendor thought i had found one! I WAS WRONG ASF.They dont keep you updated on anything shipping high asf i recently wrote them for updates no reply. so i filed a claim thru paypal(SHOULDNT HAVE TO DO THAT FOR A UPDATE) then they responded asap sayng my order have already been ship but no tracking is available they let me know as soon as it becomes,(WHICH I THINK IS A LIE CAUSE IF ITS SHIPPED WHY NO TRACKING INFO NOT EVEN WHAT COMPANY HAS IT) but i have placed two different order with two other vendors in china after this my stuff is already in route( HAD TO ORDER BAISICALLY THE SAME STUFF FROM SOMEONE ELSE) bc i have a big pop up shop and afraid items want be here in time even tho i paid almost 300 for expedited shipping days later i still have no tracking. they still havent actually responded to be me thru the chat nor email. OH LAST BUT NOT THESE THE COMPANIES CHARGES YOU THERE PAYPAL FEE WATCH OUT FOR THAT! THEY ARENT SUPPOSE TO DO THAT I CAUGHT IT TOO LATE! FROM ONLINE THEY THINGS ARE CUTE AND WORTH CUSTOMER SERVICE ILL GIVE Z E R O STARS! HOPE THEY GET BETTER SO SOMEONE ELSE CAN HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. MAYBE IF U HAVE MONTHS TO WAIT ON ITEMS THIS THE COMPANY FOR YOU..
UPDATE:I RECEIVED ALL MY ITEMS EXCEPT FIVE SO IM GUESSING THEY WILL REFUND THOSE BUT THE ITEMS I RECEIVED ARE A NICE QUALITY AND I PLEASED I KNOW IN THE FUTURE I HAVE TO ORDER ND BE PREPARED TO WAIT

We ordered from this site on april 16 2021 and let me tell you it's has been the worst experience.. u don't talk to no one unless it's through chat and it takes days before someone reaches out..we paid a little over$500 including a $200 shipping cost.. and still today only received partial order, when contacted they updated our account stating that we already received our order. So right now a month in..no refund because they are not trying to return our money nor send what we paid for.. this company sucks its a real rip off... if you have the money to just give away to these people be my guest.

This is an update on my order I placed with FashionTIY! The company is a scam and they still have not delivered all of my items from my very first order, 3 outfits where missing out the package I spent over 1200$ with the company ! I placed my order on the 14th I paid for expedited shipping and next week make an entire month since I placed my order ! If this review is not proof to say away you been warned! Also the clothes are good quality BUT NOT MADE BY THEM! they must have forgot to cut the tags off during quality control because all these items were brought from “SHEIN” these people are not even making the clothes and then have the audacity to have extended LEAD times it’s pretty pathetic actually! The customer service through the app is a JOKE. Please if you value you sanity time AND MONEY do not purchase from FASHION TIY I know the clothes they display are really cute but I’m 100% sure you can find them from a different wholesalers! These positive review on this site regarding the company are totally fake and created by employees ..If you really read them you can actually tell they are not genuine reviews! I have found another trust worthy wholesaler that is great and I WILL NOT BE USING FASHION TIY AGAIN

Never shop !!! I do dropshipping and I need to get the shipping tracking number of the products within at least 4 days, they say on their site that they provide a shipping tracking number between 2-4 days, but this is a big lie. After four days, I insistently asked them to cancel the products and if it is not canceled, I will suffer a huge loss because my customers have received their money back but FashionTiy does not cancel the shipment and my money' don't give me back !!! My products have been processed for more than a week and that is a big lie. The biggest lie is the interpretations of 5 rate here. It was a terrible experience. If they cancel my products, I will edit my comment, but if they don't, know that I have done a great loss !!!

This is a very real review! I purchased items for the launch of my online boutique. I made 4 purchases March 25 and 26. April 6 and 7. Do not purchase from FashionTIY!!! My first review was based on the terrible customer service and ridiculous shipping charges and processing times etc. This one is about the quality of the product I received. Everything I received is trash!!!!! Material is cheap and looks like it should be sold in a beauty supply! Also everything came with this horrible smell. If I was going to try to sell them I would need to like hang them up to air out first. This is absolutely ridiculous! Another user said she would sell these items for clearance. Honestly, I can't even do that because I don't want my customers to think these are our standards. Sadly I read reviews prior to purchasing from this company, and I still spent somewhere between $850-$1,000 most of that was for expedited shipping and none of it arrived in the quoted timeframe. I wanted to give them a chance
because some things may have taken longer because of COVID etc. But absolutely not! This company is full of excuses and I'm not here for it. I have purchased items from other vendors overseas (China and India) and items came within a week and communication was everything! If somehow you come across a positive review for this company then it's not a real review. I can't imagine anyone who'd be pleased with the items they received from this company or the process they went through to get them. Please! Please! Please! Take this warning seriously! Keep looking for a good vendor for your store. FashionTIY is not the one!!! FashionTIY responded to this review to say it isn’t real. Unfortunately I can’t attach the orders and the poor excuses they offered during this process via chat. I think I will make a YouTube video so that you can see the pictures they show vs. what I actually received. This way I can show that this was my true experience with this company.

There’s some good items on here. Low MOQs. The real problem is the shipping. By the time you get a shipment, the pieces will be out of season/out of fashion.

Standard shipping takes 20-45 BUSINESS DAYS. Premium is only slightly less.

You’re talking about actual months between the time you order and the order arrives. Imagine ordering a swimsuit at the end of April—you wouldn’t get it until the end of summer.

Excuses. It's always something like I stated before. They reply quicker on the reviews than the private message. They would go dayssssss without responding.
