I'm dissatisfied because some eggs were broken, vegetables and fruit were scattered in the carton, and the milk I ordered was missing. The eggs and milk were delivered the day after I emailed them. But I won't order products from this website again.

Brilliant delivery, basic website but easy to use and navigate. Highly functional. Love it, have recommended it a lot. The food is also amazing.

The produce quality is fresh. Sourcing from local farms and suppliers is brilliant. I have used Farm Direct since 2020 and have never looked back.

If they make a mistake with packing / delivering they always own up and accept liability.

The tracker is so good as I am working on the day of my delivery and so can plan my work schedule around delivery.

I also like the weekly email which is thoughtful and makes me think seriously about my part in doing the best for the planet.

They are a friendly team.

Reliable deliveries, good range of products. Meat excellent quality. Vegetables usually good but sometimes not...for example instead of a bunch of beetroot, I received 1 very large (and inevitably) woody beetroot...poor quality picking sometimes. Dairy good. Great choice. Overall really good and I have been a customer.for years.

Good Quality of products though some are quite expensive for the amount a d good swift delivery

As always the best produce and I appreciate I get the radish greens with the radishes! They made an excellent radish green kimchi.
Beef short ribs were a treat and definitely made for a great meal.

We are very lucky to have this supplier of a such a huge range of products from artisan producers and small scale farmers in our local area.

The tracker was brilliant.I has my foot orthotic ready to go so delivery guy not waiting ling for me to answe door.I loved the Bix,it was easy to add items after I completed main shop I know where all the fresh produce was grown.I preferred, this site,as opposed to the other veg box companies.looking forwards to cooking and eating in a new way.

Farm Direct food is high quality! Is fresh and organic.
Good customer service and time of delivery, packaging is reduced at the minimum.
I love their foods.
I recommend them.
