I both a Jacket and the next day he had 25% sales, I ask the person to return the jacket and to buy a new one but the sales person insited to way he will get back to me to check if to avoid to make the return I get the discount directly, but he never get back to me as he say by the end of the day, I call the next day and the sales was over and they did not want to give me the sale discount. thats a bad experience

Discount code didn't work
overall, i am happy with the product purchased but not happy with the customer service. before i made a purchase i signed up for a new customer 15% discount on my first purchase. i received my discount code on Sunday 9/27 and went to make my purchase first on Monday (less than 24 hrs after receiving the code) and then again on Tuesday(less than 48hrs after receiving the discount code) and in both attempts the discount code was not working so both my wife and I separately called the customer service number and both spent 1hr plus on the phone ultimate being told that the discount code was no longer valid and we were out of luck and that there was nothing that the customer service rep and their supposed manager ( that refused to get on the call) could do about it. we purchased the product anyway ( $~90+ higher than if we had the discount applied) because of the limited stock and because it was a gift for my son. and to add insult to injury less than 1 week later i received a marketing email from farfech offering me a 10% discount code for another purchase. how insulting and disappointing. based on this experience we will not be purchasing anything further from this company. this wasn't over a $10/$15 discount on something that cost less than $100. this was on a major $500 purchase. very disappointed with the service.
