Mixed emotions
First of all I would like to thank the staff. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and very customer-oriented. The shop is beautiful and well laid out. Unfortunately, the dress sizes are very different depending on the brand. So I had to return different pieces of the order. From Switzerland, this involves a great deal of effort and high costs. That's why I have to rate the rating as "ok". Shop itself and employees receive 5 stars

First of all I want to talk about fans brands website is totally legit & friendly user which i can scroll down my favourite products that is the F1 team shirt. One thing i like about the fans brands is that all the products are original & not fake or replicas. The customer service is super friendly, i got a respond from them immediately !. I got my item on 5th of may 2022 in good condition & I'm happy with the quality of the material it fits me just nice. I will eventually order again soon.

It took like 8 days to arrived
It took like 8 days to arrived, good quality, they did send me the tracking number and an update when it was packaged. I'm writting this review because i was doubful to order from this page but I did not have any problem with my order.

Hassle-Free and Trust-Worthy Transaction.
My previous shop I used to buy my F1 gear sadly stopped selling gear and I needed a new shop. I stumbled on FansBRANDS, and seeing other reviews, I decided to try purchasing from them. And wow, easy hassle free transaction, great customer service (I got the VIP membership and forgot to get my free gift upon checkout, and they added my free gift of choice after I emailed them), and when my purchase finally shipped, just as they said in the status update, it arrived within the specified days (and I live in the Philippines, so I was extra surprised at how fast it shipped compared to the previous shop I used to buy from).
The only downside would be I didn't get a tracking number, but that is more on the courier not emailing me the details when it was shipped, but I guess that adds to the fun and surprise when it arrives on your doorstep.
This was my first time buying from them, and as a first time customer, I can easily say that they got a customer for life.

Great Product, But No Tracker
The only problem I got was, that there's no tracker provided by the courier and it takes 15 days to arrive at my house.
Other than that, I'm super happy with the product, especially for the Bburago Ferrari 2019 Free Gift >_<. thumbs up to FansBRANDS. Definitely will buy again from this website. #ForzaFerrari2022

My experience was excellent. I was skeptical since this was an overseas site and one of credit cards flagged it. However, after reviewing comments on Trustpilot and doing some research I went ahead an ordered. The process was excellent. I received my polo shirt much sooner then expected. It was as described and it is flawless. The lanyard free gift I received was damaged and I sent an email but never received a response but it is just a lanyard. The most important thing was the shirt and that I had not problems. I will do buisness with them again. Thank you.

I really don t recommend this store
I really don t recommend this store. I ordered 3 t-shirts. 2 were OK, 1 got signs of manufaturer error. I tried to complain but service ignored me... Now it is 3rd month from my first try of complain and still without answer.
