Great quality products

You are right, she didnt send you the website where can check out the package status, and there was no answer your last reply. I apologize for the inconvenience. These guys are underrated
It’s my first time ordering from these guys and I gotta say I’m very happy with their team. Since I’m outside the EU I’m grateful for their outlet discounts and makes the import duties hurt a bit less. Shipping was a bit slower than what I’m used to but that’s really no issue I’m just spoiled. Definitely won’t be the last time I order from here

The products are good!! However, the delivery UPS in Vietnam is poor. But finally, customs service of FansBRANDS also helped me contact with UPS VN side. All in all, this is a good company with good products!

Fast and reliable service
After my previous experiences of waiting months for orders from outside South Africa, I ordered from FansBRANDS with the expectation to again wait months. I am happy to say that I have been proven wrong.
