I have found dealing with the Family Building Society an easy experience. The website performs well and the staff I have spoken to about my account have always been extremely polite and helpful,
The most recent example came when I was deciding how to deal with a maturing one-year bond. The staff member I spoke to over the phone was careful in handling my details and also in expediting my decision on the account.
