A great selection of a range of sofas
A great selection of a range of sofas. Much better than all the other furniture stores we had been in in Plymouth. Very helpful staff and I was able to take fabric samples home to see how they looked.
Staff at store very pleasant, but not pushy.
Very good delivery service with clear information about delivery times which meant that we didn’t have to wait in for ages.

Great chairs…
The chairs are very good however they were weeks late on delivery. The deliverers were prompt and polite but didn’t offer assistance when I explained that my husband is disabled. I understand workplace rules however sometimes they can be relaxed.

We went into the store at Parr Market in Cornwall to actually kill some time! We had never visited a Fairway store before and were impressed with the styles and quality of your sofas. We were served by Andrea Grose, who was polite, chatty and super informative. We ended up buying a suite plus a storage pouffe! It arrived a little later than 4 weeks but not by much. We are so happy with it, i cant thank Andrea enough for being so patient with us... not in a million years would i have thought a miss timed trip to Par Market would result in buying a beautiful suite.
