impressive service.
No pressure in the Plymstock branch.We were left alone which was appreciated. Lady was there if we wanted any information.
When we made our purchase it was all done very smoothly.Only criticism is the delivery charge you get hit with.Seems to be the norm now with all of these stores. Collection was not an option!!

We always receive excellent, friendly service and any issues are resolved as quickly as possible. Delivery staff are always polite, very careful in the home and helpful with setting up the furniture.

Well worth considering.
Large showroom with plenty of parking spaces. Vast choice of suites to choose from. Expert advice from Ethan without any pressure to purchase. Decent prices in the sale, but found identical deal elsewhere so they matched it by reducing another £300.
Delivery was smooth and at my convenience.

The 3 F's - Fantastic Fairway Furniture
We hadn't intended on buying a sideboard, but seeing the new Cannock range, we decided this sideboard was exactly what we needed.
As it was a new range, delivery lead time was uncertain, however, it was delivered within 2 weeks.
Leanne Moore was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The delivery team were also cheerful, friendly and helpful.

I have purchased from Fairway before…
I have purchased from Fairway before and was not disappointed this time. I purchased a guest bed with a fold away underneath. I had an issue with some securing of the foldaway bed. However, someone came out quickly and fixed it. All good.

The service was excellent from start to finish. In the store the lady was extremely helpful, and easy to do business with. I was kept informed throughout with timings on progress and delivery and again at delivery the men were friendly, efficient, and took care if the furniture being delivered.
