Disastrous online seller, couldn't be worse. No order confirmation, no response to emails, unreachable by phone, one of two items delivered incorrectly, no invoice, no return label, two-week delivery time. Absolutely incompetent company. Please don't order anything from them. I'll sell the incorrect item on eBay. If I send it back, I'll never hear from them again. Outrageous! Hopefully, they'll be shut down soon.
I bought a bike from Fabregues Bicicletas, they informed me it would not be fully made up. They didn't tell me to what extent, as there was no bar tape or brake calibers fitted. The Di2 systems wasn't connected with the battery and cables loose.
This I can probably blame myself for not checking, but also they should infer you that if they are sending out a bike like this exactly what is needed when it arrives.
However, their customer service is awful. I sent three emails asking if the set up of the brake configuration was correct in the way it was sent out and today have never had a reply. The bike manufacturer was way more helpful.
If you are having a bike delivered from them please check with them first as to exactly what needs doing when it arrives, if you know nothing about bikes it will mean taking it to a bike mechanic.
Unos mentirosos, compré un producto de su página rebajado a un 51%, y cuando les llamé me dijeron que no tenían en stock, pero sí tienen stock del mismo producto, pero más caro... En definitiva, unos mentirosos. Nada recomendable. Inicio reclamación en la OCU......I purchased a product from their website with a 51% discount, but shortly after, they cancelled my order claiming it was out of stock. However, the exact same product is still available on their site at a higher price. When I called them, they simply repeated that it was unavailable — clearly not true.
In short: dishonest and misleading. I do not recommend this company at all. I’m filing a complaint with the OCU (Spanish Consumers’ Organization).

Lamentamos mucho la confusión. El producto que compraste era una oportunidad que aparece cuando solo queda 1 unidad en stock, por lo que el precio rebajado es válido hasta que se agote esa unidad. En el momento en que realizaste tu compra, otro cliente completó la compra antes que tú, y por eso el producto ya no estaba disponible, aunque el sistema no actualiza el stock inmediatamente hasta que se tramita completamente el pedido.

I had two tyres fitted,within no time after leaving i got a puncture,due to an incorecctly fitted tube,also they firgot to tighten the back wheel.I am lucky to be alive.The manager was awful,telling me to put grass in the tyre to get the bike back to the shop.I will never go back and will tell everyone i know,and perhaps take the matter further
On the website, the item was indicated in stock with 24h delivery. it took more than a week to arrive.
The website says that online orders take 3/5 days to deliver. I am now waiting almost one month. Feedback is poor and bad customer service.
